Dr Humphrey is a very terrible doctor , each time I go for my appointment I get at least 30-1hour delay and I complained about this to him , only for him to say I don’t want to be your family doctor again , I don’t want this job anymore.How can someone with experience say that to a patient , such a terrible place to be .

I have nothing bad to say about the staff here, they're pros and very nice. However, Dr. Ugbawa was pretty awful. He acts like someone is making him be a doctor and he hates it so much.he just stood up and left the exam room without saying why or whether or not he would be back three times during my appointment.He complained about having to see all the patients. He didn't read any of the forms I filled out and was surprised what I was there for, and vocally disappointed that it was WCB related. He then claimed that I would require an examination from a WCB physician, which, as per my WCB rep, is not true.I came in with an injury that he refused to examine until the WCB paperwork was 100%, and because I didn't have the details, it remains unexamined. That seems pretty irresponsible to me. I won't be back and now I gotta find another family doctor.

Dr. Sayers is excellent.Goes out of his way to help you.Very caring and knowledgeable.

Since pandemic went sooo downhillThe doctor is great, treats me well. Girls are polite at reception. However, when it comes to the reception getting out paper work, sending faxes with required medications they are NOT on the ball. They sent wrong meds to the pharmacy for other clients, they are never on time, they have had me sit and wait and been notified I missed my appointment as i was sitting there and signed in at the front desk.My doctor had papers left for me up front and when I go to get them they are so disorganized they can't find my papers.I mentioned to doctor on many occasions and he said they were there. It's beyond frustrating.I had an appt last week for meds where doc asked girls to fax. They told me they would send it at 3pm, called pharmacy to say was picking up meds they didn't get the fax so they called. They told pharmacy they where down all day. Then husband calls in for me they said doc needed to sign prescription. So I am in severe pain, with a diverticulitis flare up and severe infection and had to wait additional 4 days to get meds. Meaning infection is getting worse and no way to get meds to get on the mend.The reception is to blame here. They are gonna end up with malpractice soon if they don't change. And I know I am not the only one. As I sat in their waiting for rooms I have heard and seen three others each visit mad and frustrated too.

I had an appointment with Dr Falade at 4:30pm. I arrived early at 4:10pm. Brought into the room to take blood pressure and waited for the doctor at 4:20pm. Waited for 30 mins and I went to the front desk to inform the front staff that I had been waiting in the room. The staff said doctor was coming so I continued waiting in the room. They left me waiting in the room for more than 1 hour before the doctor came. They had completely forgotten about me waiting in the room. The doctor explained that he was free since 5pm but no one informed him that I was waiting for him.This episode is simply unacceptable and unprofessional! I respect healthcare professionals and treat them with dignity and respect but please extend the same to your patients. This episode is simply disturbing and disgraceful to any medical professionals. Patients’ respects are earned not commanded.This experience is so upsetting to be left in the room waiting for eternity.

Front staff were very nice! I took my aunt to see Dr Ugbawa and was shocked at how unreceptive he was. He left the room a couple times without a word and the third he left we waited for ten minutes before he came back (not into the room) and from the doorway said “you can go now” and left.We left with more questions than answers and quite honestly it felt like he hated his job and seemed impatient and irritable. I felt bad for my Aunt as none of her concerns were addressed.

Very unprofessional and rude receptionist. Also , doctor Humphrey was always late on three different appointments with different excuses being used each time to the patients and was told if you don't want to wait until doctor shows up you can rebook for another day after driving an hour each way for these appointments. Very unprofessional staff this place should be reviewed especially the lady receptionist who runs the front end. You are not a nurse or doctor keep your comments and attitude for your own home life do not bring it into work. You should not to be able to dictate if a patient should or should not get an appointment or phone call back from their doctor you don't know the patient history as you are only a rude receptionist who shouldn't know patients history just answer the phone and do your job.

Dr. Sayers and co. are efficient, professional and knowledgeable when it comes to their services. I have been with Dr. Sayers for almost 5 years now and I feel safe and adequately heard and cared for with my concerns. He is friendly and goes above and beyond for me as his patient and I am very thankful that I am under his care.

Dr Uche Oguekwe is a wonderful doctor and staff are pleasant enough but the wait times are too much, especially after travelling from the west end. Good luck Dr Uche—thank you for taking care of my mom and I when we lived near your clinic.

Should have wrote this 3 years ago, but this review is for Dr. Falade. I was sad to move so far away from this clinic. Dr. Falade was the only doctor who ever listened. He heard all of my concerns and didn’t brush them off. He sent me for specific and serious testing when nobody else would even take me seriously. He’s kind, caring, and professional. Other parts of this clinic could use some work, but it’s worth it if you get in to see him.
