If you pay for a bag of popcorn you should get a full bag of popcorn, not a 3/4 of a bag. And then when we requested that the bag be filled the explanation was that it is Kernals franchise policy to only fill it 3/4.Hope the $0.05 you saved on this so-called policy was worth the review!

Wow, I used to love your 2nd floor/WEM brançh because they were accommodating. Five minutes ago, your stuff doesn't even talk to costumers. We just told her what flavour we wanted. She just nodded, never acknowledged our orders, then handed the debit machine to us and gave us our orders. Kinda rude.

Amazing service and the popcorn was delicious. The staff were also really friendly. Only thing is the floor around me was a bit dirty.

Our hockey team does a Kernels fundraiser every year & the customer service is amazing! Our orders are done correctly and quickly every year!

Worst place to go to..they are too cheap to make a fresh batch for someone since their popcorn are always stored until they sell out.

This is the only Kernels I will shop at! We have them in Calgary and Red Deer too, but their popcorn tastes poor compared to the one here at West Ed! Keep it up guys!

I found the staff very unfriendly and rude. It was a japanese girl working there and all she cared about was store closing hours...not going back.....bad experience....
