This is a very, what I would call, a 'hipster' store. there is a pretty neat selection of clothing and other products such as records and books here. The clothing is good quality but I would say pretty over priced. The staff are great and helpful. Its a great place for gifts since they have some novelty stuff like funny cards, mugs, note books and etc.I would recommend checking it out it is very interesting and you might find something very cool and unique here. (only downside about this establishment is the prices)

People who works there can hardly really help you with what you really wanted to get and the manager is really rude when ever you want to do a return or complain about some issues they just feel like they are better than anyone else. Their attitudes are too much to handle, although they do carry really good stuff but I would rather pay 10$ shipping then interfere with people who works there

Borderline incompetent customer service. Sent me 2 pairs of pants with the security tag attached and expected me to return it to a store that was over an hour away. Then when i called their support line the woman answering me placed another order and charged me for it without my consent. all i asked for was a coupon for my inconvenience and then i got attitude from her. Never ordering from them again...

This place is one of the reason I choose to go to Polo Park rather than anywhere else. Staffs are super nice.Their Fitting rooms are well maintained.I only wish they had a better way to display garments, because sometimes it feels like I'm looking through something not so much categorized when it comes to hangers in the center display area. Maybe it's just me and I wouldn't be complaining if they don't change that because display overall looks great.

Buyer beware!!!Today I went into the store buying mens sock which were advertised at 3 for $20. When I got home I was peeling off the price tag before I gave it as gifts and noticed they had placed a $10 sticker over a $8 price tag! so they jack up the price to make it seem like you're getting a better deal than you really are!!! It doesn't make too much of a difference if you're doing the deal but it would make a heck of a lot of a difference if you were just purchasing one pair of socks at $10 when they;re regularly $8 a piece. Just be aware of their pricing in this store.

Horrible service. And making dumb excuses to not let you return. I had the receipt, pants were not worn and tags were still on but she said I can’t return them because I had another credit card than the one I bought with. Talk chick said “How do we know you didn’t just find them on the ground with the receipt and trying to return them” never deal with this overpriced garbage place.

Urban Outfitters at Polo Park is actually a pretty cool store. I don’t shop a ton other than to buy others gifts, but it is generally a pretty trendy store and geared toward a younger demographic. So, if that suits you or the person that you’re buying for than this store could be a good fit for you. I like their old school record collection you can browse and you can buy cheap housewares that seems to be designed for student/university living (e.g., candles, mugs, framed pictures, etc.). They have some cool graphic tees as well which are worth a look.
