I send my car to be serviced originally the last week of July at Jack's Auto and asked for the car to be checked and inspected, they only found and replaced the front and rear sway bar links and flushed the brake fluids..a job that he charged me $570.A week later the car overheated and I towed it back to the shop. They re-evaluated the car and said that the head gasket had been destoyed and that the engine was done, and that they needed to replace the engine, a job that would cost me around $3000. While the car was at the garage a white car had hit and scratched the car on both right hand doors. Something that the garage was not responsible according to them. They claimed that they didn't know who did this and they didn't offer to fix it, just played it as if it was not their responsibility. (Picture attached)We towed the car to a different garage and replaced the fan and thermostat for a total of $350, the engine was never dead as I had turned off the engine myself before any damage was made on the car once I realized that the car was overheating. Therefore, the car is working just fine. Heads up!

What can I say, I love Jack’s auto repair. Friendly, professional, honest and oh so trustworthy, Jack has been my family’s go-to mechanic for decades. He is always friendly, super accommodating and very reliable and I’ve very much appreciated his knowledge, expertise and skills over the years.

My dad has been taking his car here for over 30 years. He has always been honest and done good work. Every car we've had has lasted at least 17 years and it's not because we treat them particularly well, it's because Jack has always taken good care of them. Only thing I'd say is call before if you are in a rush so that you know how long it will take as sometimes they are busy, due to their great reputation.

We've been taking our cars to Jack's for decades. He always gave them Tender Loving Care, even as they got older, and always found a way to repair them with safety first but less cost. Jack uses creative solutions to save you money if he can. If he has a gently-used part in his garage that he can fit into your car at no charge, he will. As far as dealing with customers, Jack treats you like his family. Old-fashioned" customer service that he says on the website is absolutely right--he has the time to talk about your options and give advice with your interests at heart. Completely and totally trustworthy. They don't make auto repair shops like this anymore!"

Came today for a safety inspection and the owner was welcoming and friendly.Told me what to look for in the future and was reasonable. I will be coming back.

I had an urgent need for a Car safety check and despite being busy. Jack understood my need and helped me. Highly recommended.

Great place. Went there for yhe first time. Absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. Had my car in and out in a matter of a couple hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a local mechanic. I have definitely found my new place to have my car looked after.

It's hard to find a good reputable mechanic but here they are! Jack and Jeff are awesome mechanics and the prices have always been fair in my opinion. I would totally recommend (and have sent some personal friends to) Jack's Auto!
