Princess Auto

Not very large compared to some of the other locations but you'd be hard-pressed to figure out what's missing, they seem to have it all, and I've never left empty handed. Some of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff nationwide. Always a treat. A true jewel of Grande Prairie.

Great store, great stuff! A must visit at least twice each month! I enjoy receiving the sales catalogue bimonthly and have found all products I purchased to be of satisfactory to good quality and the price is always right!

I initially left a bad review about faulty merchandise and bad communication. But upon talking with the staff at Princess Auto they made everything right. Once again still my favourite Princess Auto store.

If there was a nil star choice that would be the one.Finally purchased pallet jack at Princess Auto in Grande Prairie Ab and the best one they had was gouged up and used?? They were to be brand new they were used items by staff in the back. I asked him what are we gonna do about this? They did give me 35% off the price. I can put my own marks on it but it’s very disappointing and this is a first with princess auto. GP zero stars.

Been shopping at PA for years now. Went in the other day to pickup some bearing caps for my camper wheels. Of course a quick swing through the surplus section wielded a few goodies. Always friendly helpfull staff.

Stopped in to purchase a 1000lb hand truck that was on sale. Unfortunately the only one they had left in stock had a flat tire. They tried to help us find a replacement tire in the tire isle, but again , unfortunately no tires were a match. I asked them if they have any more ordered, they said yes and we’re very quick to offer to call us once they came in and not to worry we wouldn’t have to rush in because they would have one on hold for us. I thought excellent!! A week goes by and I see they have them in stock on their website, I call and ask them about the call back which they knew nothing about. I also asked them about the one on hold for us, which again they knew nothing about. I was able to call a family member to pick one up for me seeing that I do not live in GP. But the whole experience left me feeling not very appreciated as a customer…. Anyways that was my review of this visit.
