The laundry facility is good but the washroom is unacceptable. I don't know what is wrong with people. If they live like that at home or is it because it's not your home either way ignorant filthy human beings to do that to a washroom.

There was a lot of old dryer sheets and garbage on the floor but the machine worked great and were clean. Just need better janitorial up keep

The washers and dryers do a great job but the place is always very dirty, the machines take your money and most of the return-coin buttons don't work, and theres always druggies in the bathroom.

Good washers and dryers. Sometimes a little full of people but good place to do laundry. Plus Tim Hortons is right next door.

I forgot some of my clothes and went back 2 days later when I realized I left them there. I called left a message and the next day they called ( it was a holiday when I called) me back and said they had them. They even put them in the dryer and dried them since I left them in a washerI really did not think they would be there but they went above and beyond and I'm thankful for that

Nice large machinesMoney got stuck a couple times. But nice getting 5 loads in an hour washed and dried!

The laundry is gross by lunchtime. There is no way the machines are sanitized" between loads because there is no staff. The machines also eat money and there is no one to take care of it because the EMERGENCY number is a RECORDING!!!"

Dirty place . Machines not working properly but keep taking your money. Homeless people use this place to warm up & play with tin foil
