I’ve had 2 good experiences with this company now. Both times, they have come the same day I called (though they were not urgent problems). The servicemen were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

My father and I called on Monday morning, had a few things that needed to be fixed! They were out that day to look at our issues and gave us a estimate, our technician Charles was every knowledgeable and gave us a very responsible estimate! We called to set up the appointment before he was even out of our driveway! Charles and his co worker ( did not get his name because I was at work) came out and did the job yesterday, when I came home I noticed one of the smaller issues was not addressed ( to no fault of Charles or his coworker, I don’t believe I actually told my father about this issue)! My father called A & J’s back this morning to let them know the issue and they had Charles come out after he finished the previous job he was at, and he said no problem he could get it fixed right away he was here less then a hour! This company is speedy in their response time, they have knowledgeable and speedy technicians and they are reasonable priced! I will definitely be recommending them and their technician Charles!

Jim and John did a great job! I called for an estimate, they showed up, cleaned my drain and did not charge me. They came back the next day with their camera to show me the root cause of the issue. The issue appeared to require a more extensive repair which they promised to provide a quote for. They also gave advice on how to use an alternative to fix the issue. And guess what??? They ended up not charging me a dime for cleaning my drain the previous day. How awesome! I recommend using this company, they are very professional and I have never seen any company perform a service and not charge for it! Thanks Jim and John!

Love this company they came out gave a free quote and got me going the day later even when it snowed . Other competitors charged me for a trip just to tell me 4500 for a flat rate. I lossed 70 dollars that day . Thanks A&J for being great

Cut a hole in my drywall then told us afterwards they don’t fix it and we would need to hire someone else to fix what they did. Didn’t tell me before that’s what they were doing. So cut a hole in my drywall and left. Very unprofessional I will tell everyone I know not to go to them!!!

We smelled natural gas in our basement and Consumers Energy shut off our gas. It was cold and before the ice storm last week. We called A andJ Plumbing and they came out in less than 24 hours to start the process of detecting where our gas leak was coming from in the basement. Austin explained everything very well and did an excellent job identifying gas leaks from THREE sites. Thanks to Austin and A and J Plumbing the repair was done quickly and service was restored. We highly recommend them to anyone for honest plumbing service at a great value.

After 6 calls to plumbing companies who wouldn't book me for a month, then 3 calls to other companies who promised they'd have someone out and never bothered to show up, I called A&J. Not only did they send Charles out the day I asked, my flooded basement was fixed by the next day. He was so professional, and answered every query I had without making me feel silly for asking simple questions. Highly recommend!
