Marbles of Portugal

I ordered a small quartz slab from Marbles of Portugal, paying the entire amount I owed upfront. I was assured the slab would be ready the next day and I came to the store to pick it up 2 days later. I was shocked to find out (after traveling a long way to get there) that it wasn't ready. The receptionist promised to drop it off at my house that day on her way home, but she didn't show up. When I called her the next day to find out what happened, she promised to send someone over that day to bring it to me, however no one showed up. Over the next week, she promised 3 more times to bring the slab to my home but no one ever came. After the third broken promised I asked to have my payment refunded, that hasn't been done either. As of today I don't have the quartz piece and I am out the money I paid for it and I feel totally taken advantage of.

I have been working with Marble of Portugal for the last 5 weeks on two countertops, still no installation, they stopped answering my calls and our projects have come to a halt. Working with this company has been a terrible experience. Think twice before phoning this company. There are many other countertop companies in the GTA.

STILL waiting Jennifer for you to call me its now May 17th 2022.I have left several voicemails and spoken directly with Jennifer to return my call since NOV 18th please call and resolve

Needed a Vanity countertop quickly and Jennifer helped my wife and I pick out a Quartz top which was perfect for our new bathroom! (made in the U.S.A. too) Ordered on a Thursday and was ready (as promised) on Monday. Great service from Jennifer and Joe!!!

Not my usual company. I went here out of convenience to get a quick granite table top for my patio. Quick and custom can rarely be used in the same sentence in particular with it comes to counter tops. It just simply takes time and patience is required. They were quick, flexible and seemed reasonably priced. I like it when you can feel the people taking pride in their work and you can tell these people take pride. They want you to leave happy. I will add this company to my list and see how it goes.

This company is terrible. Never use them for your countertops. They left us hanging for almost two months with a promise they would install ASAP. Eventually we went to a different company.

I cant get anyone to return my emails or phone me back.

It's always a pleasure to work with Marble of Portugal. Some of the most professional fabricators who know how to handle delicate material such as marble, bookmatching the veines, honing, vintaging anything you want. Depending on their availability, it might take some extra time to fabricate and install, but in my opinion they are absolutely worth to wait for. As a designer I want to ensure the high quality work for my clients, so the value that Marble of Portugal delivers is another reason I will be back for more of my designs. Thank you, Tatiana

The best marble place I have ever been to the marble is so pretty and on top of it all the workers are super friendly, and i thought olympia tile was nice but this place tops all and i am hard to impress.
