Sorry to say guys. I generally don't give bad review until it is very disappointing. Completely Disappointed with food and service. If any person is specific about their food (like vegetarian, or any allergies), this is not the place to go. Ordered vegetarian with no egg, the food had egg in it, and I have realized after eating few bites of food.Interesting thing. They handed 10% discount coupons for next time meal, for today's service and food. Most of my friends thrown the coupons in garbage. But no next time guys.

Everything was good except for the Pad Thai. It’s bitter sweet is supposed to come from tamarinds. Honestly it was like an orange ketchup. You can see it in the picture but I just thought the picture was edited.

Had lunch today. Bathroom was filthy and reeked of Urine. Dirty door and handles. Food is marginal. Overcooked Veges soggy rice. Waitresses were very nice but I’d never go back.

Probably one of the best Thai places I've been to in Kelowna. The staff are so nice the food is so fresh all in all it was a fantastic meal. Great flavors great service I'll definitely be going back. It's really nice to see locally owned and operated businesses do so well.

It was okay Thai food, but the server was really nice about bringing us more chili oil and water whenever we asked. We were the only people there in a big restaurant on a Thursday night around 6:30pm so that was kind of a weird vibe. Seems like the kind of place you get weeknight takeout from.

Ordered the special for $10 which came with rice and the cashew chicken and paid extra for rice for about $19 to go. They ended up being the same size for almost double the money. This was not what the server had described as portion size. Very disappointing. Not impressed with the taste of the cashew chicken either. Won't be back.

I've known Joe for 25 years and he is consistently the most kind and attentive restaurant owner I've ever met. The food is fresh and delicious and we treat ourselves at least monthly. Sadly, the pad Thai is terrible: thick, sickly sweet, bright orange-red sauce which I suspect it was made with ketchup rather than tamarind.

The food here was just okay. Thai food and spicy have always been pretty much synonymous. And that is what I love about eating Thai. Unfortunately Mon Thong failed miserably on that front. Even fast food places like Thai express have more heat in their dishes.
