Nnaomi in the skin care/cosmetic section is absolutely wonderful. I came to return an item and left with some needed products for my skin issues. She is highly knowledgeable and compassionate. I shared that my mom is a cancer patient and she provided a couple of samples for my mom to try. A lovely woman and skilled skin care specialist.

Zero stars. “Customer service” cannot connect your call to the pharmacy (aka wait on hold for 45min, during which time customer service picks up your call 3x to put you on hold without even bothering to redirect your call). Couldn’t validate over the phone that they had received our e-prescription that was sent 2hrs ago. Arrived in person; they claimed they didn’t receive the prescription, but eventually said they would check another system - turns out they had received the e-prescription but didn’t realize it. On an earlier occasion, this location also refused to take passport photos of toddler even though Shoppers Drug Mart website clearly states service is offered. Choose the one at Bloor and Runnymede instead.

Don’t waste your time trying to call. IF the phone system works, you’ll be on hold for an eternity and no one has been helpful. I just tried calling 6 times now and the automated system won’t even click on. Also, the service in store is always extremely slow. Something was entered wrong when I transferred my prescriptions and it said I had a refill left when apparently I don’t. I’ve tried to get help with this three times and no one helped me figure this out even though they said they would call my old store. I just called my old store because I’m running very low and they said no one reached out to them to figure this out. Now we’re entering the holiday season and I can’t get a hold of anyone to try and get help. Shoppers, you deal with peoples health and lives. Do better. This is pathetic.

Transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy when I moved to the area and it was so hard to get them, variety of issues I’ve never encountered before. Every single person there seemed like they were experiencing issues with getting their prescriptions as well. Staff is nice enough but something just isn’t working.

The pharmacy is the worst. I went to pick up my prescription 8:30 am Saturday March 11 and was told I needed to wait. Only one person working, So I waited 20 minutes and when I asked when I could get my prescription that they called to say was ready she said she was working on other prescriptions. I told her they called to tell me to pick-up but either she did not know how to use the cash or how to work the counter. Not the first time this has happened. Moving my prescriptions to IDA.

I really like the layout and the atmosphere of this shoppers. The store is clean, well-lit, has wide aisles and is very spacious with many products. The person who works in the beauty section is really friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this location for shopping.The pharmacy, on the other hand, is extraordinarily disorganized and frustrating to deal with. I booked an appointment for a vaccine here, and I had to wait around 40 minutes to be seen. There was not a single person ahead of me waiting! They also did not keep track of customers' appointment times. So you have to be overly assertive so you don't get skipped, and someone who came after you buts in front of you. Then the pharmacist seemed confused about what vaccine I was there for. Even though it was written down on the forms I had just filled out and must have been in their system because I pre-booked the appointment.

This is, by far, the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever seen, worldwide. Never have I ever seen such a disfunctional, disorganized, apathetic, unempathetic, rude, argumentative and pathetic group of individuals in my entire life. You will wait, hours, for your prescription. Don't bother calling ahead; they will first try hanging up on you, then they will resort to sending you back to the main phone menu over and over again. The only way I've been able to get in touch with them is by changing my menu option to customer service, and then having the customer service agent put me through to the pharmacy. They will still put you on hold for quite some time at this point, but they can't hang up on you or redirect you back to the main menu because it is now being monitored by corporate. There is a posted sign at the pharmacy desk claiming that Shopper's is aware of the unsatisfactory service provided by this pharmacy team, however, it has been there for ages and no real steps seem to actually have been taken to improve their service. It is my opinion that the manager of this pharmacy should have their employment status critically re-evaluated, and if this has already happened, they should no longer be managing this, or any other pharmacy. Please keep in mind, this is only a review of my most recent experience here, and there is actually much, much more to say about about previous visits over almost a year of these people wasting my time and energy. Every 1 star review here seems to be very well-deserved. Do not have this incompetent location (or brand for that matter) ever dispense your medication. I don't care if you need to walk for an hour both ways in the blistering cold or broiling heat to get to another pharmacy; I guarantee you will save time, aggravation, and money. The person who manages this pharmacy should be investigated by their respective college, and I am considering lodging a formal complaint to make that happen.

This pharmacy really needs to have more staff! The workers are all trying their best but they always seem overworked and stressed. There’s a long wait every time I go and I can rarely get through to them over the phone.

The store is good and I like the staff but ZERO stars for the pharmacy. They NEVER pick up the phone- when you're in store you can hear the overhead intercom saying pharmacy line 1" Pharmacy line 2" they don't pick up I dont' know why they have a phone number. I always have to physically go in to sort things out and most recently I requested a renewal over a week ago and they didn't fax it. I went in they said the fax number wasn't attached so it didn't go anywhere. Thought it was figured out after My doc said they still haven't received the rx. Also the online system doesn't work. I've been "verified" 3 times but still can't connect. Worst service.I feel bad for seniors who may have to go through so much to get their prescriptions filled."

This store has the most unresponsive pharmacy staff who are very often incredibly rude. Getting through by phone is almost impossible and when you do get through you feel like you’re a bother.Out of stocks at the front of store are deplorable. During covid it was understandable but things should be back on track now. On a more positive note the front of store staff are excellent. I hope service and stock management improves to previous years levels.
