Highly recommend! We have done two large scale renovation projects with Craig and Rebecca. From early planning and design meetings to the final walk through, Impact Renovations and Design are true professionals, making customer service a priority. They genuinely care and take pride in their work. Our projects consisted of our entire second floor (master bedroom and bath and walk-in closet, spare bedroom, office and guest bathroom) and most recently our entire first floor (kitchen, dining room, laundry room, family room, powder room). They coordinated all aspects of the projects always making sure to keep us informed and updated. Their teams are hard working and professional; work areas were always cleaned at the end of every day. Our once outdated home has been transformed. In a nutshell, we could not be happier! The design was exactly as we had envisaged (they are great listeners) using quality materials from reputable, local suppliers, coupled with high-end workmanship (highly skilled work teams). I absolutely unequivocally recommend Impact Design & Renovations to anyone who wants a trustworthy and reputable company to renovate their beautiful home at an affordable price. I had requested a 10 feet by 8 feet built in bookshelf for our plethora of books and change our sliding closet doors into nice French doors! We couldn't possibly be happier, the elation we had once the project was complete was very much worth the wait. Especially during these difficult times, Impact Design made it easy for us. Their focus was on the customer first and foremost. Impact Design epitomizes the word infallibility! The completed projects were a result of their meticulous methodology. My husband and I were thrilled with Impact Design and Renovations. From their quick response to our initial enquiry, to their advice on design and their continued responsiveness throughout the design process and installation, they were professional, supportive and thoughtful with their designs and their work. We had a master bath renovated, a front hall redone and our stairs and landing redone. They helped us through the whole process, choosing fixtures, tiles, wood and paint colour. The crew working on the house were friendly, tidy, professional and thorough. We love the finished product, it is stunning.

We hired Impact to renovate our ensuite bathroom late last year. The customer service we received was excellent. The project wasn’t without obstacles (e.g. parts were on backorder due to COVID) but thanks to the efforts of the team, we didn't even notice a problem. They kept in touch with us throughout the project, to make sure our needs were being met. We have a toddler so we were really pleased that they took measures to keep the project area tidy and kept dust and debris to a minimum.Stepping into our ensuite bathroom now feels like a trip to the spa! Highly recommend this group for your home reno needs!

We contracted with Impact Design and Renovations for a renovation of our main floor and partial renovation of our second floor. We were very happy with our selection of Impact and the end result exceeded our original expectation.We enjoyed our initial meetings with Rebecca and Craig. Before we had tendered a deposit, they listened to our wishes and provided us with some unique design suggestions. Rebecca specifically thought outside the box in suggesting a kitchen design that would achieve the space gains and functionality we sought.Once the design specifications were agreed upon and the contract was signed, the job began on schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Whether via phone, text message, e-mail or Buildertrend, both Rebecca and Craig were responsive and understanding. A couple of on-the-fly design change requests by us were seamlessly addressed. Much of the project occurred during the complications of Covid-19, so communication was especially important.The step of choosing materials with Rebecca was actually enjoyable. She was patient with us when we were indecisive on a particular item and guided us with her expert knowledge. From hardwood, tile, lighting, stairs, countertops, cupboards and fireplace through to handles and paint, we were happy with each of our choices.The workmanship was top notch. Each of the workmen were skilled and very friendly. They even successfully took down our existing cupboards as requested so that we could install them in our garage.Craig spent considerable time to design and build a decorative covering for a visible weight bearing post and included several extras when he thought an additional construction item would be additive to the final look of the project. Similarly, Rebecca provided us with drawings and ideas for furniture placement even though this was not in the job specs.Rebecca and Craig are both skilled, are a great team and are proud owners of their company. We enjoyed working with both of them and would observe that they are both honest and client-focused. We easily recommend that Impact Design and Renovations be considered by anyone considering a home renovation project.
