Glendale Avenue Bridge
Very unique way to see the locks. Great point of view but would love to see more benches and table so people can go for picnics or grab a coffee and watch the boats go by.

a very nice bridge, it likely has two sirens and the nearby homer bridge is a detour when the bridge is raised, really quiet when raising/lowering like the Allanburg bridge, you can see the ship passing by pretty close. it is a 10-15 minute wait with one ship so can be pretty annoying. 93.3 FM for bridge status

If you like random construction shutting down the bridge and how they put the bridge up 5 minutes before the ship is even close or having to wait 15 minutes for a big slow boat, this might be the place for you.

Wouldn’t go out of my way to see this bridge, but I happened to be there when the bridge was lifted to let a boat pass and that’s always pretty cool

I've waited to write a review about this bridge. I'm writing this review now because I figure I should cross that bridge when I get to it.Well I've got too it .It's a nice bridge. It's a got a pleasant personality for a bridge. Allanburg bridge has a very negative attitude compared to this bridge. We've had our moments and sometimes I feel like I'm held up, boating around with my emotions, but eventually the issue passes and we're on solid ground again.Thank you Glendale bridge for being there for me.There's no gap we can't bridge together.
