Zabeeha Halal - South Windsor

Ordered first time with Zabeeha Halal South Windsor on June 20th for Qurbani meat. Ordered beef to be picked up from Chatham. Shahed Khan processed the order. Called Shahed Khan today to know the status of the order. He wasn’t available to pick up the phone. Texted him in the same text thread where the order for beef was placed. He asked me to go to Highgate (not Chatham) to pick up the meat today. Drove 47 kms from Chatham to Highgate (almost 100 kms both ways) only to know that they don’t deliver meat on the first day of Eid. Called Shahed Khan and he wasn’t available as usual and left voicemail. He called back stating that I should have known that they don’t deliver beef on the first day (it was my first time ordering and how am I supposed to know on which Eid day they deliver beef if they don’t tell me). He was very rude saying that he was busy and had no time to argue with me. I was stunned to get such kind of a rude response. Finally he hung up on me. Never going to deal with Zabeeha Halal again.

Awesome food. The mutton tasted delicious and the rice is by far the best biryani in town. Definitely worth trying.

It will be my first and last bad experience buying meat this place. I bought 5 pound goat shoulder meat. When I open the meat bag at home I got 2 pounds of goat fat . Meat also doesn't look fresh.Waste my 92$.

Tried biriyani , not good could be because not fresh. Biriyani and grill at wyandotte was far better.

Excellent quality meat and service. Especially brother sajjad and one more guy I don't know his name are very humble and customer friendly. Love this shop and the plus point is we can also buy authentic Biryani and other delicious food along with meat.

I ordered 1.5 Lb of goat leg with no fat. They said get 2 Lb We will take off the fat that will come around 1.5 Lb. And I paid for 2 Lb. This is what they gave me. For $24 around 1.7 Lb.

This place is awesome!!! So fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly as well. I tried other local butcher shops but always returned to Zabeeha because they have the best quality, freshness, and great customer service. Never disappointed and never heard a complaint from anyone I have sent to them.Highly Recommended. *****

I would give zero star to their payment to employees. I went for a trial for 6 hours. The owner recite the name Almighty Allah in every sentences but he didn’t pay me for my 6 hours. Is it a country of getting free labour? I’m a student I went there with hope. Very bad guy.

The Meat is good but the Quality is not maintained and the ratio of bones are too high. You can see the photos for the cost vs quality. Tried to reach the owner but not even call back.

Such nice and respectful staff, will always be my go to store
