I have had a bad experience with their service. I accepted a higher price when purchasing water tank from them because the owner told me the brand they sell had longer warranty. He told me warranty normally is 5 or 6 year, but theirs is a 10 year warranty. (Otherwise I could have bought one myself with much cheaper price ). We ended up being charged for four hours of labor for two men, and a tank with only 5 years manufactured warranty. We paid close to two and half thousand for the job done. I felt resentful at the way I was treated. If you do business with them, my advice is having everything written down on paper; checking the product before installation; clarifying the labor before job start in case they don't want to leave your house.
