Booked an appointment to get document notarized, staff said there was no appointment booked and can’t do it. Went to leave, staff asks to see the document, all of a sudden they can notarize it. Not to mention staff is condescending the entire time.Update: Though I don’t agree with how things played out with other staff, the co-founders reached out pretty quickly after posting this. After speaking, they showed they really care about their clients and their practice here.
