dr. lalli is awesome :) when i came back after my wisdom tooth removal because of some pain and swelling, he immediately recognized the issue and did a great job helping me w recovery :)

Every person we encountered in this office were wonderful Thank you reception gals for answering multiple pre appointment questions. And although can't remember 1st nurse name,her and procedure nurse,Brittany, were the calming factor I needed. Dr. Lalli, also great comfort provided pre procedure and obviously great work from little discomfort post-procedure.

Only had a couple minute conversation with Dr Lalli before getting my two bottom wisdom teeth done. In that time I could tell he cared about his patients and what he does. Next to no pain after the surgery, he knows what he's doing.

Nurses were nice, oral surgeon was not. I am not a fan of condescending rude drs and that’s what I got at this office. They need to understand that just because THEY do these procedures everyday, does not mean that their clients feel safe or comfortable or that it is something that is easy for everyone who walks in the door. Very minimal understanding of neurodivergent patients or anxiety. Just because as a “professional” you do something everyday, does not mean that your patients concerns are invalid. When trying to discuss previous history with sedation being ineffective, Dr Humber was nothing but rude and dismissive. Very clearly not trauma informed to any degree whatsoever. Could not care less about how uncomfortable I was throughout the entirety of it. Rude. Invalidating. Pushy. Condescending. I would not recommend this man to anyone. Not a good experience. These surgeons need training on patient care. Horrendous bedside manner. & clear lack of understanding of patient medications. Do better, Saskatoon Oral Surgery. Do better.

Nurses were terrible to my sister in her full wisdom teeth removal, they didn't sedate her enough and she remembers them being rough with her and rude

Excellent work by the surgeon at this clinic. Very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease for the procedure.

Dr. Lali did a botch job on my mouth. Been 6 months of hell! As if nerve damage wasn’t bad enough, had to cut me open again cuz he left bone fragments in my gums and ended up damaging a root of the Neighbor tooth so I had to get that one pulled too. Infection after infection and multiple rounds of antibiotics. Booked an appointment just wait in a cold room for over an hour to be told he wasn’t even there. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend!

Was nervous for my appointment, needing 4 wisdom teeth removed. After research I was expecting a rougher experience but surprising feeling next to no pain the next day. Also, I paid less than they quoted me! Appreciate your service, would highly recommend.

Wife had a surgery dr Humbar was great. Follow up calls for questions haven’t been so great. Seems like office hours are one thing but phone lines are another.

Hello, I wanted to send an email but I couldn't find one so hopefully this reaches the office!I just wanted to say thank you for everything. I had all my wisdoms taken out last Thursday at 7am (Isaiah) I was so nervous and worried about how the procedure would go. I usually hate going to the dentist!But the people there were extremely over the top friendly and supportive. My worries went away so quickly! The receptionist had such a friendly and warm greeting and the nurses were joking around with me trying to distract me from what was going on. I very much appreciated it. So much! Not to mention how good of a job they did, I'm still healing but everything went so well and so fast.I really hope the office gets to see this, to know how thankful I am and that they know that they all did a fantastic job and made my day so much easier. Thank you to everyone that worked that day!!! :)
