I just want to say a Big THANK YOU to FAIZA. About a year back I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea.I had to use the machine. After I bought the machine from the Hurontario and Dundas location ( 3rd level ) I was not properly instructed how to use it. I did have problems all the while and was not satisfied at all.Recently I had gone to the same location and met with a lady whose name is FAIZA. I must say that she knows her job very well. She really took the time to explain each and everything in detail and how I should be using it. She even upgraded the mask and tube for me that others did not tell me about. Now I enjoy every moment of my sleep..FAIZA has a wonderful way, very polite way to speak to people. She has really made a huge change in my sleep.In the end I would just like to say THANK YOU FAIZA for all your help and support. Keep up the good work !!!
