Alex was fantastic throughout the entire sales process and after sales support. He was honest and upfront, my wife and I came out of the experience with a Hyundai Tucson that we are very happy with.Dealing with Melinda for the financing was smooth and she made us feel very comfortable with our decision. She got us the best deal for financing and even made it with our own bank so we can go through our own bank app to see it!All together this was a very good experience and i felt supported and comfortable the entire way through.This was a very much no-pressure environment!

After shopping around online we ended up coming to Car-On as they had a number of vehicles we were interested in looking at at reasonable prices. It turns out the price you see is the price you will pay. This actually made the buying experience easier for us as the vehicle we decided on was already the best priced from the ones we had seen online. Robert was great to work with and helped us with the test drive and ensured us that is we found anything that needed their attention that they would take care of it. He put zero pressure on us to buy. Very refreshing. Oday did the paperwork and warranty and was excellent to work with explaining everything clearly. Also, no pressure from him to purchase a warranty. (but we did) Overall the buying experience was great. Thanks again.

Had to take a 2013 Kia Sorento back for repair that was supposed to be done before picking it up. After 1 canceled appointment by them, I finally got it in 2 months after purchase. After they had 2 days with my Vehicle, I was informed by them it still wasn't finished. Mechanic guide says it's a 8-10 hrs job. I was finally told to get off my high horse and they'd call me when it was finished. I don't recommend anyone buying from or getting repairs done by this dealership..

After visiting Car-On you can tell they do sales differently. Great friendly service with a focus on the customer and not the bottom line. We worked with Adrian who took us through the process. Communication was good and he kept in touch with us and followed up on our requests and questions. Dan helped us through the finance portion and was fantastic to chat to. He also made a sometimes difficut process a breeze and got us the numbers we wanted. Caroline at reception was so nice and friendly and our son loved her! Thanks again Car-On!

Have to say these guys are good, really good. For starters the pricing is lower then anyone else's when I compared before going to see the lot.They can afford this because of the volume they move. You wouldn't know that because they take all the time in the world from the start to the finish with you and go above and beyond to make sure your happy with your purchaseDan in finance moved mountains to get me approved for the SUV I wanted and Greg in sales is a laid back personable guy who knows everything about each car on the lot.Awesome job guys I'm really mean this .Buy from these guys you would only regret not doing so if you go elsewhere

I was first drawn to car on for the prices, very good prices for very good quality cars when you take the time to look. Our salesman Phil was patient and helpful when we knew what we were looking for, and taking the time to show us multiple vehicles with the options we were looking for. We had our heart set on an Audi and when they came back with the payments, we were amazed with the numbers they provided us. After meeting with Richard and going over financing, everything was good, but later on we found out some issues that were preventing us from getting the car we wanted. Richard and Simon worked out some numbers, and helped us out so much to get into the vehicle we had our heart set on. I can't thank Phil, Richard and Simon enough for everything they did to get us into the car we wanted. You have earned a new customer for life.

Such an amazing dealership! Got my car in 3 days! I dealt with Alex who was so kind so professional and very helpful. All of the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcomed when you walked in the door. I can’t say enough great things about Car-On. Will definitely be back in the future and I highly recommend this place!!!!
