The staff at this esso seem so disinterested in their work. It’s supposed to be 24/7 but sometimes when i have to visit this place to buy something past midnight, no one is around.

The guys work there are ALWAYS on the phone talking to Someone in their own language. Fail to hear what customers are saying. This evening I filled up and paid at the pump, but it didn't spit out the receipt. I went inside and asked for it and the guy asked with encore?""

This is my worst experience ever ,by mistake i did prepay was fueling , i pump about 20 $ and the receipt i get was for 38 , i went inside and talk to the attendant and he says that u click on carwash and the charge is for that,i denied i don’t want it then also he just gave me the code and says u can use it for 90 days,, just 18$ waste of money as i also see the review for carwash are also so bad

Went there for a car wash. If you have a mini van or suv, the hatch door will not get washed clean. Undercarriage wash does not seem to work either.

During past 4 months , every other day , I passed by the station and I could not use the bathroom.There is no soap .They do not have anything installed in the wall and always make excuses that someone steel the temporary bottle.I have already reported that to the ministry of health and head office of Esso.It is so obvious that they are very cheap people who do not care about the regulation

Speed of providing fast and efficient customer for processing transactions needs to be vastly improved and both terminals should be used at all times. Don't take any types of calls (both personal or professional) when there are customers waiting to be served. Concentrate on what needs to being done and where.
