May 2023:As we had a very positive experience with Shaun over the past five years, we choose to once again renew our mortgage with him. Shaun listened to our needs and took the time to explain several different mortgage products including variable, short and long term fixed, and Manulife One. He gave us sound advice and acted genuinely in our best interest. Once again, Shaun took care of the paperwork required to switch between lenders; he was patient and helpful when I had questions about what documents were required. Submitting paperwork was even easier this time around as Shaun sent us a document portal with a paperwork checklist built in. Once again, we highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking for a mortgage.May 2018:Shaun was amazing to work with. He found us a mortgage with a great rate, answered all of our questions honestly, and worked hard to get us set up over a very short time frame. The amount of paperwork needed to switch from a big bank to a lender with better rates was huge, however, Shaun handled all of the paperwork for us and made the experience very easy.
