I called Jones and Jones in Feb. 2023 to fix my garage door opener. They were there within 36 hours of the call and fixed it. At the time they had warned me that the opener was not long for the world as it was 20+ years old. As they predicted it broke a second time in April 2023. I asked them to replace it and within 8 hours they were over and swapped it out RIGHT AHEAD OF A BAD STORM THAT WAS BREWING! Now that is service! Jones and Jones did a great job installing our new garage door on a very old garage. It took a while for the door to come in, but that's the case with most building products. I would recommend them for anybody looking for a new garage door.

What a difference a new garage door makes! I had used them previously to install a new opener and was very happy with them. Finally time to see the old door go. Another wonderful experience using J & J to replace my garage door. Cassie was knowledgeable, patient and helpful providing several estimates. The installers were great too. Everyone went out of their way to make the experience a success. I totally recommend them and will do business again.

I purchased a set of overhead garage doors and openers from Jones and Jones. I was very satisfied with the doors, openers, and the installation. They look great and are very quiet in operation. The installers came exactly at the times they were scheduled for. They do a very professional job and I would recommend them without reservation.

Jones & Jones replaced the door opener on my door. They schedule appointments and arrive on time. Notice is sent that someone is on the way. The work was done efficiently, and the door works well and is very quiet. The bill was sent online and I was able to pay it online. It is great to do business with them.
