Visa Services Canada

I recently used VSC to obtain a visa for Iran. I found them to be very helpful. I particularly appreciated being able to talk to them to clarify questions I had about the process and the actual visa application form. I opted for the faster option which took less than a week but was much more expensive than I had anticipated but having already invested so much in the trip itself I was afraid to take chance.

The Government of Canada IRCC is working very hard and is doing a very good job together and will continue to do so and hopefully as soon as possible all back up file will clear and everyone should get a chance to visit this county. I also hope that the result of my file also comes positive.

Amana helped me in getting my Saudi family visit visa stamped. They were prompt and gave correct information. I would highly recommend them

I had a flight on 30th January it was canceled because of you I lost $680 now I have 14 February 2023 flights I have not received any message from you my tr visa is stamped on 24 january 2023 but is not sending if does not have useful knowledge then keep to someone else

Needing a Visa and having to send off my passport to a gov agency…what could go wrong! The VSC phone support answered all lingering questions. I filled out all the info and reluctantly sent off my passport via Fedex. After all, it is Christmas time and the season for postal strikes. Again what could go wrong! However my passport and Visa was returned, my trip registered with the government and in just over a week. Wow! I am so grateful to the staff at VSC.

VSC did a fabulous job for me. I had to get a Visa for India with very short notice. They made it happen. Everyone was so helpful and explained everything in detail. Such a delight to be in the hands of such nice and knowledgeable people. 1000% next time I need help I will be going right to 275 Slater street Ottawa

Very bad response! I have tried to contact them by phone many times and their voice mail ask to send a text message! I texted them and the response is not relevant to the question!

My mother and I needed a tourist visa for Russia. After being disappointed by several other companies, I decided to try Visa Services Canada. Their website is updated, easy to understand and clearly outlines the visa process. I called their office and it became immediately clear that they are professionals that have significant experience getting travel Visas. Getting a Russian visa is significantly more labour intensive than most other visas but Visa Services Canada made the process quick and painless. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and will seek their services anytime that we need a visa.

VSC was great. We were initially hesitant during our Google search to obtain a Russian Visa. I guess we're all a little tentative on our Google searches these days. Our concern They sound like a government agency but they aren't a government agency and we're going to hand over all of our personal stuff to them including our passports!" Once we figured out they were the "real" deal through a preliminary phone call (they could have answered "VSC "instead of just "hello")

I called Visa Services Canada with the aim of obtaining information regarding an application for a Cuban friend that I was trying to invite to Canada for a 3 week holiday. I know that this office does not deal with visa requests to Canada, however I was hoping that someone there could help me figure out what to do since the Canadian embassy in Havana refused her visa and there does not seem to be an office in Canada that I can call for assistance. I indicated that I was looking for assistance explaining the situation and asked if he could help me find the appropriate location for my questions. The man I spoke to at the Visa Services Canada office in Ottawa was rude and condescending. He told me that they do not deal with these types of requests and then hung up on me. What disgraceful behaviour.
