The afternoon tea service was quite delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for chatting with friends. Bonus points to the friendly wait staff who also took great group pictures of us!If you've never had afternoon tea, this is a beautiful place to try it. The decor colors feel retro and chic, and the seating arrangements are honestly very comfortable. The table settings were pretty and the colorful mix match of the teacups and saucers were a nice touch. The food was really good, and they ask in advance for any food allergies or restrictions which is quite appreciated. There's a good tea selection to choose from, most of which are included in the price and a few you can pay a little extra for. Although there a 2-hour limit for the sitting, it's plenty of time to enjoy the food and vibe. We were not rushed by the staff at any point which was great. It is downtown Montreal, so if you're taking a car it's easier to find parking in the nearby indoor parking garages.Book a few weeks in advance to make sure you'll have a spot, and don't worry, it's definitely plenty of food, you won't leave hungry!Overall a great experience, I'd definitely love to come back here and try a dinner service sometime.

I was staying at the Fairmont and went to Rosélys for brunch the morning we checked out. The restaurant is stunning, really beautiful. I enjoyed the ambiance too. However, the brunch fixe prix menu wasn’t that good. I truly didn’t enjoy most of the courses except the dessert waffle. The steak and eggs was not what I was expecting at all. It was a runny gooey dome shaped duck egg, the steak was pretty mushy and more like rare roast beef and the arugula and onion salad were super salty. I really only enjoyed the potatoes. The reason the stars are not lower is that I enjoyed our waitress, she was really nice. At one point our table had to unexpectedly be moved to accommodate a large party, they were very apologetic about it and offered us a free cocktail from their menu. The waitress did a great job addressing the issue considering how awkward it is to ask people mid meal to get up and move. Overall, I would still recommend this restaurant but suggest you look up photos of the meal and ask good questions because what you have in mind when you hear say “steak and eggs” might be totally off the mark of what you want. At this price point, you really want to make sure you know what you are getting and like it.

Amazing experience with great food and outstanding service. I loved everything from the soup to the lobster. It’s so nice to finally have a place that doesn’t just throw around expensive price tags! The cocktails were pretty pricey but worth it for the ambiance. My only complaint would be that the truffle fries were quite bland but honestly I sometimes indulge in unseasoned fries so not the worst. Can’t wait to come back!

This restaurant was definitely a welcome hug in downtown Montreal. It’s very classy and most of their patrons seem to be Boomers & Gen X.The waiters are friendly & professional, and the food is impeccable. I had been craving steak for months and the meals I had here satiated me. I definitely recommend!

I brought my mom for the Sunday brunch. You must book at least one week in advance! Reservations are quickly full. Food was delicious, way better than the casino. Its around 100 per person including a free mimosa per person. I really enjoyed their sweet table and variety of food. I would love to go back.

Many choices, you can pick little portion to try everything and come back for bigger bites once you know what you prefer !I was amazed by the quality of the food ! The seafood was fresh and tasty. (Marinated Salmon/prawn were top notch)The meat was perfectly cook and served as you’d like. The cheese board was impressive with lot of nice cured cheese. And finally the dessert are homemade and delicious, try to keep some room in your stomach for them ;)

We tried dinner and lunch at Roselys as we stayed at Fairmont. I felt the dinner was better than lunch. We had the seafood platter and it came with 2 lobster tails, jumbo size cocktail prawns, 10 oysters and some raw fish (salmon and tuna). It was costly and felt the raw fish could’ve been something else, but I have no complains. The desserts were delicious though!Their lunch menu was a bit confusing, and it could easily because the fact I do not understand French. Lunch food was so so only. The staff were great.

Went for a brunch buffet on Sunday. Loved it sooooo much!! The variety is very good and all the food is extremely tasty. From hot chocolate, croissant, cheese, pizza, SUSHI, salmon tatakis, meat, salads, deserts etc.. A lot of choice and great taste. If you want a buffet this is the place to go in Montreal. Don’t think twice you won’t regret it.

The high tea experience was awesome. They have a great selection of black, green and white teas with a few reserve items (+6$).The food was absolutely delicious, scones, savoury and sweet selections. And don't be worried about the items small size, you will be full by the end.We took a prosceso bottle and turned it into a royal high tea.The staff was amazing, our server was super helpful and thoughtful.
