I honestly have no clue as to why this place has such horrible written reviews and low stars. Is anything perfect in life? No. Of course there are going to be wait times (occasionally) and unexpected delays (again occasionally). However this staff and doctors efficiency and time management is done extremely well. Very professional setting and professional care that makes you feel like you're be well-attended to and if your conditions Worsen or fail to get better the follow up care is impressive. I have always been treated with respect ad well as my children and care absolutely love this clinic

Useless walk in clinic ever. Because they don't respect someone's time. After waiting for 2 hours i got my turn. They told me to sit here in a room that doctor will come in 5 minutes but after waiting again for 2 hours they started seeing other patients rather than me. They just call you to visit for your insurance money without any concern. So beware .

Used the virtual service- not only was the Dr 30 minutes late for a virtual call but she never provided the service - emailing a blood test requisition. And you can't have two 'services' - ask two questions on one call you have to make another appointment. This is a bad business, it is not operating as publicly funded healthcare.

They should follow first come first serve…I had to wait around 2 hours first and then just to get my prescription. Because they don't respect someone's time. After waiting for 2 hours i got my turn. They told me to sit here in a room that doctor will come in 5 minutes but after waiting again for 2 hours they started seeing other patients rather than me. I was waiting in room number 1 and doctor started seeing other that before me.

When you get there it’s a self serve sign up on a tablet. I had about a 15 min wait before I was in a room. The physician assistant came in to do an initial assessment before I saw the doctor. Both were easy to talk with, friendly and professional. Overall I was in, assessed and picking up a prescription within about an hour of time. Overall very happy with the service and will use again!

Only 3-4 other people there.Waited a half hour in the wait room and another hour in the examination room. Told me my head cold symptom's may be related to the dog I've already owned 3 years then prescribed me sister medication to one I'm allergic to. Clearly listed that medication on my intake form. He spends more time typing on his computer than with the most patients.

We went there for an examination of my daughter's foot, and after several days we did not receive any follow-up from them, so I went to them again to ask about the results of the x-rays, and they informed me that they do not follow-up until after a period of one week has passed since our visit to them. And they don't know who was sent the result of x-rays. This is funny, a doctor who does not follow up on his patients and a clinic that does not know where the test results are.I don't recommend this place to anyone who needs serious health care
