NAPA AUTOPRO - Jim's Division Auto Ltd

This place used to be my go-to mechanic. The staff is friendly, to the point and will assist you in any way possible. I understand that the price of everything is going up, however lately here, the prices have become astronomical and absolutely not worth the business anymore. The price gouging that has been taking place is ridiculous and I do not recommend going here. I have compared and contrasted to multiple other mechanics in the area with reputable service, and the prices here are simply much higher. I used to be able to recommend this place to anyone that asked me, but I’m sorry, $800 to replace pads and rotors on a car is insane… I managed to learn how to do it myself for a fraction of the price.

Didn’t charge for inspection because they don’t like wasting peoples money. Amazing service, would recommend to anyone.

Well normally we have gone to Jim for everything since we moved to Kingsville and always had great service and their pricing is competitive. We bought our tires from him and we suddenly had a fast leak in our tire...we were a day or two for leaving on a road trip. He refused to fit us in. A tire?! Which we could have left the car all day, to fit in between even the owner could have looked? Canadian tire fit us in and it was an easy 20 minute fix.

Great service - fast, friendly, knowledgeable at very reasonable prices. A business that is very beneficial to the Kingsville community.

Very competent friendly staff, automobile is fixed right the first time every time. I don't mind paying for repairs with this kind of service.

Very much apprciated the help received from Jake of Jim's Division Auto yesterday at the ferry dock. It was late in the day and i would have been stuck overnight and hundreds of miles from home. Jake quickly came to where my car was on the dock, fixed the problem and had me on my way! Friendly & helpful service at its' best!

Came from the Toronto area while visiting family when our “oil change” light came on. Found Jim’s Division Napa on google and Jim fit us in right away. Price was very reasonable.The lady at the desk was so polite and very professional. All staff were friendly. Would definitely come back again while visiting Kingsville!Thanks again Jim and staff!!
