I contracted Northcliffe Electric to lay ethernet cable throughout my house, and while I suspected they'd do good work (based on reviews), I had no idea just *how* excellent their quality and service would be. I must say, Adam and his company exceeded all expectations. The work they did was extremely well-done, and the communication throughout the entire process was extremely clear. The response times, punctuality, and overall experience were the best I've ever had with any business, period. I'd highly, highly recommend Northcliffe.

Adam and his team were fantastic. I often dread working with trades as I find many incredibly unprofessional. Adam is the exact opposite. He is a consummate professional. He truly cares about the work and wants his customers to be happy. He is reliable and thoughtful. He goes above and beyond while answering questions and making practical suggestion. I had an outstanding ESA permit for work done on my 2nd and main floor before the pandemic with another contractor who dissolved the company. I found many electricians didn't want to assume the job but Adam responded to my TrustedPros.ca project to finish existing draft wiring done in my basement and upgrade my messy panel from the contractor before the pandemic and also added the best whole home surge protector on the market at my request. He was always on time and gave me and the wife options on how to proceed with Hydro shutoff. On the day of the panel upgrade and ESA inspection, Adam let his guys leave at a decent time and he stayed back into the evening to complete the job on the same day. I really appreciate that the work was mostly completed by Adam himself. I didnt get that with past electrical contractors or master electricians. All invoices and receipts came by email with automated signature options which is my preference too! We had a great experience hiring Adam and team.

We invited Adam to come by and have a look at the old knob and tube wiring in our house. Adam was a pleasure interacting with via email and in person, and he was also responsive and flexible. During his visit, he answered all of our questions and provided cost saving solutions. He also gave us invaluable advice and information which we really appreciated. Post visit, he was very responsive via email and offered ideas on how to break such a large job into manageable parts. Adam, thank you for your enthusiasm and professionalism. We had our old fusebox replaced with a new breaker panel and it looks great, it's well organized and clean. Any mess from the job was cleaned up and everything we’ve tested works perfectly! We really appreciated your client care; laying out and explaining the steps and timeline of the install, keeping us in the loop for the job, taking the extra steps to fix other issues that were present in the house, and being available to answer any questions we had thoughout.From coordination to payment, things went smoothly and we’re very happy with the job.If we need any kind of electrical help in the future, I know to call Northcliffe Electric for a job well done

I am in complete awe of the brilliant work done by Adam and Paul in upgrading my home's electric service line from 100 to 200 Amp. From the beginning, Adam answered all my questions patiently for all my requirements. My house is planned for basement renovation and Adam met all my requirements (including piping layout and electrical panel orientation). He installed a whole home surge protection and the product he installed was compatible with my electric panel. Adam took care of all inspections and sent me a digital copy of ESA acceptance certificate after the work was done. It was a very seamless experience for me. Other contractors I had spoken to were not forthcoming in explaining all my queries and were not willing to discuss my requirements in detail.On the day of installation, Adam installed the exterior piping with perfection and left the entire place in very clean state. I had few things to renovate in my house and Adam helped answer all my queries (3-in-1 smoke detectors, pot lights, dedicated lines) and while talking to him I realized he is an extremely knowledgeable and competent person. To summarize, Adam is the perfect go-to person for all your electrical needs and one of the most competent and ethical contractors I have met in Greater Toronto area (GTA). I plan to take Adam's services in future for all my home's electrical requirements.

Extremely positive experience using Northcliffe Electric to rewire our entire house and upgrading our panel. Adam was great!! He changed fixtures and he installed potlights throughout my home. His customer service, expertise and work was impeccable and his professionalism was top notch. Also not to mention Paul; his apprentice, I was quite impressed with his knowledge as well. I would highly recommend Northcliffe Electric. I hired Adam to install outdoor lights (entrance way light, motion sensor) as well as new lights in my garage. Adam was great - he cleaned up everything when he was done and the work quality was excellent. He even took the time to look at some of the lights I was thinking of buying and gave me his thoughts on what to buy and where to put them. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who needs electrical work and I will definitely hire him again.
