Gladiator Paintball Kids Birthday Party (Reservation only)

Great place I always went there every summer it was most of my childhood, the staff are super nice and will always help you out, over all every time that I go there I can always have fun.

I made a reservation for Sat May 25th, 2019.My group and I arrived there my reservation was for 5 p.m. the website stated that they close on Saturdays at 9 p.m. I had called in early before my reservation letting them know that I will be running late. When I arrived with my group the employees told my group and I They are closing at 6 p.m, even though the website stated they close at 9 p.m. and I had a reservation for 5 p.m. which I called stating that I'll be running late. All my reservation info with my name and cell number where they're the employees could have told me when I called to let them know I was running late, the employees had the opportunity to let me know right there and then that they will be closing early instead of me driving all the way from Toronto to Stouffville for my reservation. When I arrived the employees were very rude they had no manners they were making no eye contact and when I was letting you know about my reservation one of the employees continue to count the till. Then they stated that I can call tomorrow to rebook my reservation I simply just left. If they had all of my information they should have let me know that they were closing early instead of me wasting my time driving from Toronto, the service was ridiculous they were unprofessional and showed no sign of sympathy. Horrible service.....

Absolutely awesome field. The refs and staff are the nicest people. The field itself could be improved but it is still very fun to play. The refs helped me out when I was having issues with my marker. This is my favorite field and definitely going agian.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Dirty environment. Dirty equipment. Unfriendly staff. Defective gun and the paintballs fell out and staff member blamed it on us (PAYING customers) and did not let us play. Instructions were also unclear. Would not recommend.

This field is small, dark and awkward. The ground is sticky and disgusting and hasnt been cleaned, cover often falls over when your hiding behind it because they are not fastened down. It is more of a speedball arena so using the rental guns is impossible when regulars come in with bad attitudes and they're own guns and dominate every match. Private games are recommended.

The arena is a bit small but the ref are friendly and kind the customer service was great and it's even better If you bring your own gun the prices for paintballs are cut down a bit. I would recommend for people who play speed ball.

Went with a group of 12 adults for a birthday. The staff was amazing and so friendly. She organized a variety of different games and activities to keep us having fun. The facility is on the small size, so a group larger than 10-15 may get a little cramped, but the glow in the dark obstacles kept it interesting.Definitely a hidden gem and painless/mess free alternative to paintball!

Was a lot of fun. Good for just about all ages I'd think (except for very small children).The sponge ball was great!

The kids (age 8-10) had fun but found the playing field too small. The masks/helmets were in terrible condition with cracks on most of them and the cleanliness of them was gross. We wiped most of them down ourselves and still didn't get the insides very clean.

Family run business. Very friendly staff. Took 60 children for a summer camp trip. Place looks so much better than the year previous. Will definitely be going back next summer !!!
