I've been here twice so far and got my hair cut by carol and she is a Lovely lady and I would reccomend anyone looking for a haircut to come here, They are very friendly and I'm definitely using this as my main haircut place.

Carol is amazing!!! She is so great with toddlers. We have never had an experience like that before with a hair dresser. She stayed calm and reassuring while my toddler was screaming because he was scared. She gave him lots of breaks and wiped his face often with a warm towel to help soothe him. Then she played peekaboo and give him a juice box and timbits and a lollipop. At the end they hi-fived and hugged it out. She was very sweet with him like he was her own grandson. We will definitely be back! I would highly recommend Carol to anyone that has little ones, she is wonderful <3

Usually I have Carol cut my hair, which she always does a high level job, but this time I had Mike cut my hair. Mike seemed super passionate about his job and skills, along with trying to match my desired cut to the end product, which he did successfully. Both barbers are very skilled and have great personalities. I highly recommend.

Worst haircut I’ve gotten in years. Left with a bald spot and on top of the girl was trying to convince me it’s just my hair, had to go to a friend who knows an actual barber to fix it. She used the wrong number/clips. My usual haircut takes around 40-60mins and she did it in 25mins

Just had a hair cut in November 2021, but was not impressed by the quality of work. Hospitality and dealing is definitely excellent.

The staff is good but they need to hire a proper manager who could schedule an appointment and respect who comes first for the appointment needs to be served first. Otherwise you could loose customers.

The staff seems friendly whenever I go into this location. However, it seems like they change employees here all the time so it's hard to get the same person doing the job. I estimate that only 50% of the time do I get someone that cuts my hair properly and my style is very simple...Park Place Mall location might be a better place to go to.

Been here for the first time , I came from Claresholm to there, then i got the worst hair cut i’ve ever get, Left with bald spot , i just notes it when i come bk home , cuz you cant see nothing with there mirror have TV on it confuses you , usually my hair cut takes between 50-60 min, she’s done for 20 min , ( its my first time and last time ) thank you :)
