I had an issue for me to book the assembly for my garden shed.I spent sometimes at the store and finally I met with the most professional manager her name is Joanna she was quickly resolved my issue.She is the best person if you have a hard time just for her.She is very friendly and helpful.Thank you Joanna.

Went in to rent a Toro Skid Steer. Was told I needed a 2 ball to tow. No problem. Went in the store and grabbed the only one available. It was previously used so I asked if there was any way I could get a discount and was told "no why would you get a discount it's just going to get banged up". Ok just asking. When you buy a t shirt

This place is amazing. Had a great experience dealing with their customer service representative who helped me to find the specific product I was looking for. They have great prices compared to other places for similar products as well. You won't be disppointed by going here.

Epic supply for All renovations and garden needs. For landscaping soil I also shop at Daniher on south Manning for soil and peat moss. Home depot has featured prices better than Lowes.

For the most part I enjoyed my experience while shopping there as a contractor. However now during winter lay offs. If I walk in not wearing obvious work attire, I'm followed around like as if they're going to see me put a riding lawn mower in my pocket. I understand that shoplifting has risen in the city. But seriously stop profiling as a thief, someone who actually spends thousands there yearly

I recently used Home Depot's virtual deck design service, and while the initial consultation with the specialist was promising, the overall experience left much to be desired. The specialist informed me that the design would be ready within a week, accompanied by a comprehensive material list and rendering. However, when I reached out a week later to check on the progress, I was informed that an additional measurement was needed. I promptly provided the measurement, but unfortunately, it took another week to receive a response.Upon finally receiving the rendering and material list, I was disappointed with the quality. The rendering appeared poorly done, and the material list lacked coherence and didn't seem to include everything I needed. In an attempt to clarify the discrepancies, I reached out to request a follow-up phone call or consultation. Regrettably, I have yet to receive a response from Home Depot, even after two weeks.The lack of communication and follow-up from Home Depot has been highly frustrating. I have not been contacted to discuss moving forward with the order or to address any potential changes. As a customer, I expect better support and assistance throughout the design process.I sincerely hope that Home Depot takes note of these concerns and improves their communication and customer service. A seamless experience, coupled with clear and prompt communication, is crucial when providing virtual design services.
