I do not even know where to begin, from the customer service to the keen eye of detail this place is simply amazing !! I have had issues with my vehicle and been given the run around from numerous other shops. I was recommend Marks Auto Body and from the moment I came in , the manager Arthur took care of me and made sure that I was aware of everything happening and reinsured me regarding my concerns. The technicians Devon and Justin were out of this world !!! They explained every single thing to me in detail and gave me appropriate cost efficient ways to fix it , they ensured they answered all my questions and provided me with a solution. Overall I felt well taken care of by everyone in the shop and will definitely come back. Everyone is so honest here and they aren’t just looking to make a quick buck.

Derek and his team (sadly forget the techs name) have been assisting me in dealing with an ongoing engine light issue on my Chrysler. They replaced everything in a fast and professional manner and provided prompt follow up support when things did not go as planned (no fault of their own). Very professional shop with great people.

Best place to go! Everyone is super nice! My car looks perfect, amazing detail done to the interior. They were even nice enough to hold onto something, silly me, left in the rental car for me! If I could give 10 star service I would!

I was pleasantly surprised with the work that Marks Autobody Coquitlam did for my 2017 Subaru BRZ.To give myself some credentials so there's weight to this review, I have been in the automotive industry for 5+ years and dealt with a few body shops, most notably Fastrack Autobody in Richmond, which is very well known in the car enthusiast community. They have previously worked on my car, and they're known for doing very prestigious work with tuner cars such as GTR's, RX7's and more, so I have a high standard.Lucas and Arthur at Mark's were not only exceptionally professional, but they were also very kind and considerate. They got the car done extremely quickly, and their team did a great job doing the paint job on my vehicle. The BRZ is white (paint code K1X) , and this colour is known to be hard to match due to its unique nature, but after inspecting the car in various lighting, I have no complaints. Lucas and Arthur also make customers feel welcomed, cared for, and looked after. I have no problem recommending Mark's Autobody in Coquitlam to any of my car enthusiasts' friends or anyone looking to restore the car to factory condition.

I called Mark's Autobody with a dead battery in my SUV. I had never dealt with this issue before but Derek was very helpful, ordered the correct battery and had it brought in for me that same day. Not only that, when he found out I was nearby he came over to jump start my vehicle so I could bring it in. Super helpful and made the process very easy. Will definitely be recommending Mark's Autobody to everyone.

Had my repairs done quick, did a free mechanical inspection, and when I got my vehicle back it was like brand new. They took the time to wash and detail it for me. These guys are the best
