We used forest of flowers for our wedding bouquets and arrangements. Alex was so nice and helpful in helping us plan for our big day. The flowers were out of this world gorgeous! I would recommend them for any flowers for events or just buying an arrangement !

I was out of town during Mother's Day this year and had these amazing tulips delivered to my Mom. They looked amazing, and she loved them. The balloon was a cute addition. 10/10 will use their services again. Their online ordering and delivery scheduling was so simple online.

Alex did the flowers for our wedding, and I couldn't have been happier with them! I would recommend Forest of Flowers and Alex to anyone. Her pricing is SO reasonable compared to other companies, and she was a delight to work with. Alex attached the arbour swags in a way that we could disassemble and move the arbour to the reception hall for our photo area, which was a huge hit! Truly can't say enough good things!

Gotta be honest. Feeling a little ripped off here. Went in to order flowers for Valentines Day about 3 weeks before the big day. Associate at the counter told me it was a good idea to do early then I wouldn’t pay marked up prices. She was very helpful and showed me some arrangements on her computer screen. This is definitely not what I received. What I paid $100 for was really disappointing. A very small vase with a small amount of flowers. I can’t imagine what $100 would get you on the actual day. It would be so small. This place seemed to care so much more when it was Passmores and not part of a chain. Guess it’s time to start finding a different florist.

This florist is absolutely awesome. They are my favourite florist by far. I have gotten many absolutely beautiful arrangements from them. This weekend my son purchased a presentation bouquet from them for my birthday. It was lovely but the next day I noticed that the greenery and some of the flowers were turning brown and unsightly. This surprised me given that everything received from them has been top notch. When I gave feedback on their chat line, they were back to me within an hour to apologize and arrange for a new bouquet to be delivered. It is lovely and made my birthday even better. Thanks Forest of Flowers on King George Road in Brantford: you are the BEST!

Amazing florist! I worked with Alex for my wedding and from our first consultation I knew I was in good hands. As many brides, I felt weary of the wedding industry. But Alex was able to answer all of my questions, give me suggestion that would be aesthetically pleasing as well as budget friendly, and her end results were incredible! She was very cooperative, responded quickly and guided me through the process. Thank you Alex and Forest of Flowers for helping make our wedding beautiful!

Ordered 2 bouquets for a party with requests of: light and airy, whites and pinks, daisies and larger flowers (was looking for a large/full feel without the pricetag). They had only made 1 bouquet with no white or daisies at all. The redeeming points: they quickly split the one they made for me in two and filled them in with white daisies. The bouquets turned out nicely (though not the look I was going for) and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I was in too much of a rush to request a discount, but also feel they should have offered some type of compensation for something that was evidently (to both parties) their error.

I had previously used Forest of Flowers for my son's and husband's funerals and was very pleased which is ehy I ordered Flowers from them for a friend's funeral. I saw the large tropical plant online for 69.95 and asked if anything a little more showy. She said she could with an orchid and something else. There was an orchid but plant didn't look much better than original picture. Not sure what I got for extra $40/50???Anyway won't bother again. Disappointed

UPDATE: *review is from 2020 - I think it was in my drafts and just saw it was not posted properly.I ordered the “Florist’s Choice” bouquet for $50 (see photo) for my friend’s birthday and was completely disappointed. I was expecting a nicer colour pallete with more care put into the arrangement. While I understand that the availability of flowers might be impacted by Covid-19, a business shouldn’t take orders that they can’t fulfill. I could’ve purchased nicer flowers at the grocery store and arranged them myself. I contacted Forest of Flowers directly and received a call the next day explaining that the bouquet included the freshest flowers they had on hand.
