I visited the store this past Friday and my experience was superb!!kabeer (كبير) made sure to sort everything thing out and went above and beyond to make sure i got everything I wanted before travelling back home for the summer break. I would also like to thank the store manager for being with us on the phone through the whole process to make sure everything went smoothly during my visit and lastly I want to thank Mathew as well for setting up the app on my phone!Their service was impeccable and highly appreciated.TLDR- My visit to vuse store was sublime thanks to their amazing staff and will definitely keep going back.

Matthew is the best sales person I’ve ever met. He was polite, friendly, approachable, and he understood the products very well. He helped me engrave my vape and introduced me to a wide range of flavours. Great products, cool indoor design, best experience ever! Thanks Matthew!

I was here with two friends and there was only one girl (Lulu) working there. she was super friendly and helpful but we had to wait 20 minutes to get helped and I even got a parking ticket because I thought I'd be there for less than an hour (we were there for at least 1.5 hours). Would be nice if the store wasn't understaffed. Would have given 5 stars if we didn't have to wait.
