Hall is great , beautiful venue , set up of tables was great , however, at dinnertime, service was disappointing , food wasn't being refilled promptly, guests were left waiting, quality was good , but service was utter nonsense, not what we expected. Bathrooms lacked cleanliness as well , weren't clean at all . Didn't expect this from Jimmy , he has a good reputation. Don't get me wrong, he's very co operative, but that day the service, the severs themselves were a sheer upsetting disappointment. Took the charm of the food away , that's the one thing everyone remembers.

The food was awful. The hotel was horrible. They didn't give us fresh food. Naans were stale and chewy. When we asked for fresh food, the owner kept fighting with us and didn't accommodate us at all. At the hotel, we were harrased when we asked for a bigger room. The owner doesn't listen and just wants you to do as he says. Our party was awesome due to the effort we put in along with the DJ, the crew from Chandni Victoria, but if the food was good too, it would've been an even better experience. We wish that the owner understands how important it is for someone getting married to have good food and service.

Price friendly for this size of hall. Service was slow and it was challenging setting up with the technician as they couldn’t always be found. The food was okay, the mango ice cream was amazing.

I was searching for a place to host a large event. I short listed Chandni Victoria along with a few other halls. I was coordinating with Jimmy. His customer service was excellent. He walked me through all the options, packages, different ways of setting up the hall for my needs.My family hand many asks and Jimmy was patient throughout it all.Unfortunately, due to logistical matter on my end, I wasn’t able to book. However, I will definitely be back when I require to host an event.

Food was served cold, taste like old food warmed. Chairs was sticky, spoon and fork wasn't washed properly.

Exactly what we needed, simple room, good bed, good shower and free breakfast in the morning. Easy location to find and lots of free parking!

So IF you plan working with the Owners of this place or whatever. They are not the best to work with ever.First of all the halls were dirty with bobby pins lying around everywhere, the bathroom floors were sticky.Second the foods okay but due to the packages they ask its just not really worth the money. You can find better food at the local restaurants and still save some good money.Third. If you are working with the Event organizers who are planning the event out in this Banquet Hall specifically, the managers and supervisors of this hall will give you a hard time and difficult time to carry out your jobs efficiently. The security guard there threatened to ban me when I was only there to help out.The Managers and Supervisors when they dealt with me when I'm not doing anything, felt like to give me a hard time.I would gladly not come back to this hall ever tbh. There are better Banquet Halls than this.

Great venue. We did cold sparklers and dry ice clouds for a first dance and everyone loved it. The couple, the guests, even the staff. The staff was also very helpful and nice.

We set up and operated a photo booth and 360 booth at this venue multiple times. We love the spacious foyer and aesthetics which help ensure an elegant set up.
