Terrible service

I called from Calgary to book a car for my daughter to be picked up from Pearson airport to go to Georgetown. Not only that they assured me the timely pickup but they also sent me an email confirmation with all the details. The driver also texted both me and my daughter after the plane landed.I was able to pay over the phone so my daughter did not have to pay the driver. Would highly recommend airport limo to anyone who is looking for a taxi service in Milton, Ontario. I would absolutely use this company in the future again!

We booked a return trip online for this past month at the ungodly hours of the morning both ways. The driver was 10 minutes early which was great as i tend to get nervous for my flights and the same gentleman came back to pick us up.

Worst taxi limo service ever! After 2 years of paying this company regularly to take me to the airport .... they didn't show up, missed my flight, missed work .... will not get paid ... and instead of trying to assist me ... refuse to answer my calls and hang up on me when I get through! Very rude and ignorant employees/service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ... MANY MORE REPUTABLE, HONEST AND DECENT COMPANIES WHERE YOU GET TREATED RESPECTFULLY! Only giving one star because system won't let me post with NO STARS! Shame on this company for not even offering an apology and/or trying to assist someone that their driver stranded! GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!! No guarantees with these people!
