I’ve been dealing with Allied for over 10 years. Always fair and the service is great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Came by here today as my first paid scrap metal trip (typically I go to the city and recycle for free but I had some heavy stuff this time around).While I only encountered 2 staff members (one doing traffic and the lady at the cashier), both were very friendly people despite how chaotic things were. The cashier noticed it was recently my birthday and gave me a hat and key chain magnet as a gift.I also realized the rate I got on the receipt was higher than I anticipated.All around they made an awesome first impression for me and I will definitely be returning for future trips despite the 45 minute drive for me.I appreciated the service despite only have about 220lbs of metal - peanuts compared to the trucks that pull in but I was treated with the same service.Side note as someone in a customer facing industry - you guys have done a great job at putting some personable people at the front end although I'm sure your yard workers are awesome people too!

This recycling depot is quite impressive. Metal items that are discarded by our society eventually make their way to one of this places. At Allied they have a very efficient system to handle your scrap metal: just bring your car/truck to a scale and get a reading before you drop. Go to the next gate to drop, and then back to the scale in the 1st gate to get a 2nd reading. Based on weight difference, you get paid. Nothing new there, it's the staff at Allied that makes the process fast and simple. They are helpful and friendly, and that is always welcome.

They bought my scrap copper and brass. Straight forward process. Be sure to separate your dirty" and "clean" copper and your brass before hand. Lady was efficient at her job! And I they seem to be proud regarding abiding by laws and regulations so I get the impression that I am not being ripped off"

Now this is one of my favorite salvage spots.I am no big time salvager. Just the occasional car load. BUT they treat you like a king.Service is always pleasant ,professional and with a smile. Many businesses could learn from them on customer service.

Their rates for their bins have never changed and their rates for metal are always top dollar. They are honest and fair. We have used them for years and will continue to use them because of the great service they provide. One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with.. .... After many years they are still the best.

My company makes me take metal trailers every now and again, but I'm not the most confident trailer driver. I always have some trouble backing the trailer up to the scale, but Anne Marie and the team are patient and honestly salt of the earth enough to understand. I get better each time, thanks guys!
