Very friendly to me, gave me a propane card, and great service and prices.

Plenty of parking around the shop.Just used their propane service to get my tank refilled. Turned out my tank was expired but they were able to replace the tank with a new full tank at a very reasonable price. Can not comment on anything other than their propane refill but the 2 men helping me were very friendly and helpful.Will use this space for my propane refill needs.

I was here a couple years ago and i dealt with the owners son directly. It was a very positive experience then. I then took a job in another city and wasnt able to use Hi Tecs services any longer.I am back in London now and Hi Tec is alittle far from my house so took my van for a quote at a napa autherized dealer that blatantly lied to me. I sought a second opinion and bit the bullet and went out of my way to bring them my vehicle (2004 Honda Odyssey).Their initial quote was higher then the Napa dealer that had lied about additional services needed. When i questioned the young lady on the phone she bumbled over her words and could not explain why they couldnt tell me if my front calipers needed to be replaced or not her final statement was that they already had .2 of an hour looking at my vehicle.... Thats a whole 12 minutes they spent and were not interested spending any more.I was between a rock and a hard place and needed it done and was not interested in spending more money on cab fair. So I agreed to do my back breaks with an oil change.... She provided a sarcastic thank you when i agreed. When she called to tell me my vehicle was done I was unable to answer the phone and couldnt be bothered to leave a voicemail so i had got to delete a hang up voicemail and also the pleasure of calling back.... When I did call back she just said yup it's ready and hung up the phone. When i went to pick up my van after i paid she didn't even say thank you or any kind of courtesy.I certainly wont be going out of my way to give these guys any money with service like that. Almosy 1000 dollars spent and I didnt even get a thank you for your business despite me crossing the city just to use their service and spending 50 dollars on cab fair back and forth.

Me and my father were looking to buy a prospective car and were test driving it. We parked and turned for a quick review session to see if we wanted to buy it or not. Once we were about to get going, the car just refused to start. I tried three different mechanics in the neighbourhood before I got lucky with Dylan and Hi-tech Auto Care. They took care of everything from towing the car, doing a vehicle inspection, and replacing the faulty battery for us. The service we got was polite, friendly and professional people who just wanted to help. They had four hoists with little to no wait time, tons of parking and were able to do an overall for me and my dad. They helped out with solidifying our decision of buying this car by giving well organized and straightforward information from an unbiased point of view. All of the mechanics there were technically very sound and qualified individuals. Over all, our time with Hi-tech Auto care was very well spent with polite and helpful staff to make the experience smooth as can be.

A red light came up on my dash. I called a mechanic freind who lives out of town he highly recommended hightec auto. I went they spent an hour diagnosing my car found the problem and fixed it. I was given a loaner car for the day and only charged for parts and service. The hour spen diagnosing was no charge. I went back a few weeks later and had tires, oil change and a new battery placed. Again, a loaner was given and my car was ready the next day. I was charged a very reasonable fee for all sevices. I felt they were very honest and fair. They were very helpful amd down to earth.I will continue my service with high tech auto from now on.

I've only ever heard great things from hi tech auto. Anytime I've been in getting propane, the most polite receptionist of life, the guys are fast and quick on it! I also work down the street so convenience was being taken into consideration. So I call them up. Unfortunately they will not install customer supplied parts.

these people are scammers!!!! do not trust them with anything. stay away. they told me my Volkswagen TDI was a special European model that was a non turbo
