Sharron was extremely helpful when purchasing our stroller. She knew every detail about all of them. We looked at mattresses with her and she gave us great advice on which one to purchase and recommendations. I will be going back and asking for her when purchasing other products, as she clearly knew her information and products at the store

The staff at this location are the NICEST! So sweet and genuinely helpful. My husband and I were looking for a specific toy we couldn’t find on the shelf and the associate went out of her way to check the stock being delivered the next day and to even go through the toys in the back. We found it thanks to her! Thank you Mary ☺️ You saved our butts this Christmas.

Purchased items for a baby shower. Staff very helpful. Products appear to be slightly more expensive than Amazon, however, you can touch them to get a much better feeling for the quality before you purchase.

I have visited Toys R Us multiple times in the past few months, and there is one employee who has consistently surpassed everyone else in terms of service quality—Skye. His knowledge and understanding are truly exceptional.During my first visit, I was in search of car seats for our vehicles. Skye proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, effortlessly answering all of our questions and even providing side-by-side comparisons of different options. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the car seats directly from the manufacturer, thanks to an amazing promotion they had going on. If it was not on sale via the manufacture, I would of purchased from Toys R UsOn another occasion, we were looking to buy a bike for our daughter. Skye checked with the manager to place a bike on hold for 24 hours, allowing us to bring our daughter back to test it out and ensure the perfect fit.However, after trying a few options, Skye told us what to look for and we selected a different bike available at Toys R Us that is a better fit for our daughter. His advice proved invaluable.Skye consistently goes above and beyond, offering exceptional assistance and sharing his extensive knowledge. I am grateful for his expertise and helpfulness throughout my experiences at Toys R Us.

Honestly they have great sales if you keep your eyes open. If you have a kids this place is a must go hahaha. Staff are friendly and are always helpful!
