Absolutely delicious :) the quality of these subs are top knotch that's forsure.... only problem that could be discussed is it is quite expensive and besides the fact that all the employees are super nice the service was really slow.... and would be cool to see a special sub of the month thats not on the menu to try :) but all in all...... you gotta eat here!!!

Ive been to this location many many times. Today, the vibe was soooo off. I was disappointed in the service. Staff was fighting, saw one employee roller her eyes at another for asking for help. Definitely not a healthy place to work... alittle toxic... food was great as always... but takes soo long even after ordering ahead.

EXCEPTIONAL! I GOT MY WALLET BACK, INTACT!Not only on time, but great sandwiches!I enjoy their food greatly and today I had the most fantastic experience there.Yesterday I bought two sandwiches at around 9pm and distracted I left my wallet on the counter.Not remembering where I had placed my wallet, I looked everywhere I could to no avail. Then today close to 4pm I called the store and the fine gentleman that answered was very polite and told me my wallet was there safe.I drove the 10 minutes to the store and they gave me my wallet back. The two gentlemen told me they are not supposed to accept tips and didn't. All my money and cards where there. They got now a client for life

Definately top-notch sub. Had 'hero' sub, Really enjoyed it. you will be able to tell the quality as soon as you have a bite. nice layout, clean and friendly environment :)

VERY disappointing experience! We were initially very happy with the quality of these subs but have seen a downward trend. We finally wrote in to customer service to tell them of our last order where the flavour was off"

Great subs! Fresh ingredients and lots of variety. Lots of variety of hot sauce too, 31+ sauces to choose from, labeled with their varying degrees of heat from 1-10 (10 being the hottest!). Beef brisket was excellent, and the side salad was a meal on its own! You order at the counter, but they bring your food right to your table. It's a little pricey ($20 for large combo!) but worth it in my opinion!

Delicious subs, soft bread, fantastic atmosphere. My first time at Firehouse Subs and I will say it is some of the tastiest corned beef that I have had the opportunity to enjoy. The flavours were fresh and crisp my only complaint was that the pickle served on the side was warm and not crunchy like a proper dill should be.

Was visiting the area this afternoon around 5:00pm and stopped in to get a sub, was on a time limit so this was our option we had time for. When we arrived we were informed that there was no lettuce in the building… no lettuce at a sub shop that has lettuce on all but like two of the subs…..Fire house subs aren’t exactly the cheapest so we requested a discount or something for the inconvenience to which the workers said was not possible. My S/O then requested bacon instead and one of the other cashiers said that was do able. (Thankfully as again these subs aren’t cheap !!! ) The girl that was at the cash was not the friendliest… any questions we ask she answered in a very unpleasant unwelcoming way. As if we were annoying her every time we inquired about something. She even spoke this way to another girl that was working with her…. Felt bad for her coworkers. Overall I think next time I’ll just go spend my money else where as this experience has made me not want to come back to this location.
