Cupboards Express Red Deer

Installed kitchen all went well till the countertop. Took months to get anyone to look at the countertop that was installed with a big chip that was covered up until the glue wiped out. The counter top is an 8th of an inch short so it does not even cover the cuboard. I have been told that this is within parameters and I should just live with it . Paid over $3500 for a chipped and improper fitted countertop. Such a waste of time installing cuboards to have it finished with such a terrible countertop. They talk about keeping customers happy well when your not they won't care. 100% won't recommend unless you like chipped and short countertop. Everyday reminded that this is the quality they have provided me and are ok with it. Feel free to contact me for pictures.

She was extremely helpful whether I was asking too many questions or looking for design input. The installation of the kitchen went very smoothly. The installer we had was precise and paid close attention to detail. He was happy to answer any questions we had during the install.The two main reasons we chose to go with Cupboards Express are:1. Their quality products are made right here in Alberta, and2. The timeline, from ordering to installation, is very reasonable.

Excellent experience dealing with Cupboards Express. Diane and Lorelei were extremely helpful and friendly and ensure that my entire project went smoothly. Very happy with the cabinet finish, nice and high quality product! The showroom is great and really helps show their product and some of it's potential, but the real winner for me will always be customer service. Highly recommend for your next kitchen project!

We recently purchased our new cabinets through Cupboards Express in Red Deer. It was a great experience dealing with such a professional and knowledgeable staff. Lorelei definitely knows her stuff and her guidance was greatly appreciated. She made the experience a whole lot less stressful. Cory did an exceptional job with installation. He was well organized and completed the job in record time but with no problems or hiccups. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is considering new cabinets. An awesome crew who does awesome work. Ten stars for sure.

Disappointed - received plan for kitchen after having to chase twice but sadly not as discussed during my consultation. Quote for countertop was also double the price from a different company.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shared some decorating ideas that were helpful and were used in the planning stage. Patient with changes. Cupboards are of excellent quality and arrived in plenty of time.My husband and I will use them again if we renovate again or build a house. Don’t go anywhere else this company is NUMBER ONE. I recently purchased custom Cupboards from Cupboards Express in Red Deer and I am so happy with everything! Dianne helped me throughout the process and was so helpful and thorough and patience with my questions and customization. She had great information and the showroom offers many different layouts and configuration to see in person. It was a very easy and fast experience for me.I had Corey from Cupboards Express remove my old cupboards and appliances and he also installed the new cupboards with perfection. The factory in Edmonton packaged the cupboards very well and sent everything and more for what Corey needed to install the whole kitchen. Corey is very experienced and great at what he does. The new cupboards are high quality and fit perfectly and have been a beautiful upgrade to my house. Everything was on time and went as planned. I am very pleased that all cupboards are made in Edmonton Alberta and was very fast for delivery and installation.If I renovate or buy a new house in the future I will be calling Cupboards Express again!Thanks for the great work and great experience!
