My 2006 Buick Rendezvous needed to look its best because I am selling it. I made an appointment over the phone after speaking with the owner. He took the time to explain what was included in the service and was courteous and knowledgeable. After three hours, I was incredibly impressed with the work, and he arrived on time. He was able to remove water stains from the back seats, and both the outside and the carpets look fantastic. I am totally satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending this business. First off, their customer service is excellent. Quickly respond to questions and complete tasks on time. I recently brought a Nissan to them for interior detailing that was simply filthy from the previous owner. Inside and out, the PRO Car Detailing team made it appear brand new. Literally. Prior to that, I had several cars detailed and waxed, including one that was a darker colour (my wife's X5), and it was done flawlessly. No swirl marks, excellent appearance, and water drains off the surface very well. Definitely recommend their services. Professional and extremely polite people.!!

I chose to use both internal and external because I needed my 2015 Carolla to be detailed. Yesterday I dropped off the car to be fixed, and when they were finished, they even delivered it to my house! What perfect customer service! Since the staff was so welcoming, I can't think of anything negative. I will definitely return to get both of my cars detailed here in the future.!!

Driving my little, old car up and down the street has made me feel a little embarrassed for a while, but yesterday, my car was so spotless, it made the entire week.
