What happened to Ricochet? New name, more expressive with less customer service. You want people to pay more for less hours (1:00 pm-5:00 pm and closed on weekends} geared towards self service? Bad move. We will be getting our water elsewhere now. You fail by leaps and bounds compared to the original owners.
