Hired him to replace a pipe that was about to burst. Then there was a small leak, and he came back to repair it. I thought that was the end of it. Nope, somehow the hot and cold water had been swapped in the bathroom (there was hot water in the toilet). Took days to respond to messages asking if he could come fix it. He came and fixed it, but now the washing machine has boiling water and my clothes shrank. Oh, and there’s another leak

We asked Flavio to scope and clear our drain line. He did both partially. His camera was only working intermittently, so it took longer than it should have to complete the scope. He also did not completely remove the roots from the sewage line and I had to have someone else complete the job. Unfortunately I was still charged a price that should have covered the full job.

Emergency service provided within 2 hours of the call. Very quick, cost effective and friendly service. Will recommend to anyone who asks about a plumber and will use again for both emergency and scheduled service. Great experience with A Plumber Ltd on what started as a bad day.

I can't recommend A Plumber enough, and I do to everyone I know. Flavio is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in his work. He has completed every job he has done for me in a timely manner and in the case of emergencies he always shows up very quickly. His fees are also very reasonable and in fact lower than much of his competition. Try it out!
