Very happy with my new windows. Oshin is great to work with. He came out personally with his team to measure everything. His price was competitive. Once the windows were manufactured, his team came out within days to install. It was not an easy install in our 110yr. old house but they took their time and did the job right. The final result is what we were hoping for. I highly recommend them!

We've had all our windows and doors replaced by Majesticon Inc. this past November and we're extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship. Our rooms are much warmer and more comfortable. Oshin was very professional and answered all our questions. Even though weeks have passed after the installation, he has been very obliging with a different request we've had. Ashot was very efficient and precise with the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend Majesticon Inc.

Terrible Service. Oshin is very hard to deal with. They installed the window and the caulking looks terrible. There are three spots that are actually damaged and the caulking is so thick around the window. Throws the whole window off. That was my main concern with the new window but he assured me it would look fine. He keeps putting me off to come fix the caulking. It’s a small job but I have to call him every few weeks when he says he’s coming. When he completes the job he’ll come to your place right away for payment. Even at night. But when there’s even a small repair to do, you have to chase him for months. It’s not even really a warranty issue as it happened right at installation. He tells me the caulking has to dry in order to repair it first. It’s been a month. He said he’d call me in two weeks. That quickly changed to before Christmas he promised. Now it’s too cold for the caulking. Wait until March.Very rude and acts like he did us a favour with the window. Never grateful. Acts like we’re bugging him by calling him. Like you’re a nuisance. He won’t even answer my call or hangs up on me. Very unprofessional. Very dissatisfied. Please stay away from this company. Now I’m gonna have to pay someone else to repair his mistake and take him to small claims court to try to get reimbursed. What a hassle.I wish there was a zero star....He finally called me back at night and said he would only fix the installers caulking if I removed this review. I told him no thanks and I’ll see you in court.You didn’t originally tell me to wait for better weather. First Oshin told me they would come back in two weeks. That got extended to another two weeks. COVID does not stop Contractors as we are having some Reno’s starting next week. I have texts of you telling me you were coming to fix the caulking. Why didn’t you just tell me that from the beginning instead of making me chase and call you. You stopped answering my call after my first call and kept answering and hanging up on me like a kid. Then you refused to fix the caulking and void all warranties. So now I paid $3800 for a new window with absolutely no warranty. Is that fair? You never told me the caulking would look so bad as anyone can see in the pictures I posted. I never agreed that the caulking was fine as you noted in your reply. That’s why I didn’t even pay you the balance immediately and you ran over the next day like I was gonna run away or something. That’s when he promised to repair the caulking so how did I agree to the caulking. If it was done properly I wouldn’t have any issues. Don’t worry, I’ll see you in court. If you don’t want trouble, STAY AWAY.I never agreed the caulking was acceptable. That was the main issue. I didn’t have any other issues with the work. What prevented you from coming back to repair it? The weather or COVID cause you mentioned both? Can’t make up your mind? Anyone can tell you’re making it up. Why did you tell me two weeks originally then? No one was on lock down until December. Two weeks was still November. You didn’t want to come back because you weren’t getting paid for coming back to repair it. You already collected the money. That’s why. Why’d you revoke my warranty?Just today I found the holes he made in my house to hold up the trim back in Nov without even telling me. Now I have to go pay someone else to repair it. Last picture.

I changed 4 windows in my house with Majesticon and could have not been happier with the quality of windows and installation; the whole job was done professionally from estimation to installation. I wanted special noise-reducing laminated windows for our bedrooms and energy-efficient windows elsewhere, so asked many questions, and Oshin was very accommodating in answering technical questions and giving advices. The windows got ready within the time-frame I was promised. The installation of all 4 windows was completed in one day, and I should say Ashor (the installer) did a great job going above and beyond what needed to be done. I strongly recommend Majesticon.

Was able to get my entire homes windows redone before the cold hit. Majesticon did an amazing job! We had them install all the windows and our new front door looks beautiful! Thanks to the workers who came out to install and the team we spoke to on the phone.

Called in and got an appointment with Oshin we discussed my options for my house windows. Ended up replacing all my windows and sliding doors workers were on time and very professional. Ashod was amazing he really pays attention to quality and detail!! I highly recommend this business.And for those that are criticizing them for taking too long Good things take time quality jobs are like that!!

I recently had the remaining windows installed in my house. by Majesticon. Five years ago, they had installed the other windows and also the deck sliding doors and also the front main door. They did exceptional work in the past, and, thus, there was no question to complete the other windows with Majesticon. As before, Oshin arrived promptly, gave me a quote and scheduled the work. I informed him that I would be in the midst of renovations and if possible for the windows to arrive sooner. He said he will see what he can do. Fortunately, the windows arrived during the same window of the renovations. When Majesticon installers arrived, the contractors were still working on the staircase, so Oshin suggested that they would come back in a few days time for the installation. I was most appreciative that Oshin suggested that his installers would return another day given that they, too, had a schedule to follow. The windows were well installed and Oshin also replaced the rivets on my front door, as the style had changed. They also fixed the screen for the deck sliding doors. There was no charge for the additional fixes. I highly recommend Oshin for his professionalism and his flexibility.
