Excellent friendly service. I am very pleased with my new garage door, it looks awesome.

I ordered a repair part, had to come from the U.S. Arrived in two weeks. Quick pickup at the Service door. Car-Wal did an excellent job installing our two garage doors a few years ago. Nice to know service available when needed.

The actual garage doors were much more beautiful than I ever imagined from the sample. The service provided by Carrie was professional, always on time, sensible, with patience and understanding. Nigel, the installer, was unbelievably professional - an artist really. The interior part of the installation is clean, tidy, with attention to longevity and aesthetics. He removed everything at the end, leaving just perfectly installed new doors, even offered to install different opener at no extra cost. Really impressive work. Great attitude as well on a sweltering hot day. I couldn't recommend strongly enough.

Installation/Repair - 5 stars.Office Customer Service - 1 star.Average - 3 stars.Overall review: Repair technician has clearly been doing this for decades and was friendly knowledgeable and likes his job. On the other hand, the office staff Roslyn Ward was one of the most rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever spoken to. In addition to the atrocious customer service, I was over charged on my bill, had that amount charged to my credit card without my consent and when I requested it to be adjusted, I found out it was placed as a credit on my account! Yet another phone call to have the refund completed.Final thoughts: Good but not great. If you choose to deal with Car-Wal, watch your bill. Personally, I won’t be calling them again for service or repairs.

Recently had a new garage door installed and was absolutely thrilled with the service from start to finish. Our sales agents was very knowledgeable and the installer was prompt from start to finish. The workmanship was superior. All resources were professional, helpful, mindful of our property and answered any and all questions. Highly recommend CarWal and their staff.

I arrived at the London location, 2 minutes beyond their posted closing time. I entered the showroom looking to speak to someone about purchasing a wireless remote to mount on my garage door frame. Someone came around the corner and directed me back outside and to the parts entrance. As I went to the parts door, someone else had exited that door and called out for someone in the parking lot to return. This person returned to the store and reopened for me! With patience and a desire to ensure I had what I thought I needed, he completed the transaction with a friendly demeanor. Others waited as well to ensure everyone left safely. This team significantly exceeded my expectations.I will absolutely direct anyone I know to reach out to them for their needs.Thank you for treating me as an important, albeit small, customer!!

I made a service call to Carwal as my newly installed garage door (installed by Carwal) was malfunctioning. The lady who took my call made it seem as though this was covered under warranty. A service guy came out, jiggles the sensor and told me I had to pay $150. I would of had no problem paying for this service if I was told it was not covered under warranty beforehand. Would not recommend using this business making moves like this.

Fantastic service and support from Car-Wal. I fitted the Green Hinge system to my residential garage which was easy and works very well. A professional high quality product and Car-Wal helped every step of the way. Shipping to BC was not a problem. I will certainly recommend the product and Car-Wal. Thanks guys!
