Co Do Hue
This place is absolutely delicious! I love the variety of items on the menu, the food comes out very hot and each dish had amazing flavours! Each item is worth the price because of the quality and the size you receive. We ordered 6 spring rolls ($10.95), 4 chicken fresh salad rolls ($11.95), a five colour vermicelli bowl ($19.95), a medium rare beef brisket noodle soup ($15.95), and a special dried egg noodle ($15.95). The only con about this place were the seats. They were quite run down and a bunch of the fabric was ripped off. It’s also constantly busy so make a reservation if you can! Other than that, I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the area!

One of the best vietnamese restaurants in Edmonton. Their Pho and their Bun Bo Hue are really good. This place is usually pretty busy too so you may have to wait a little. Their chicken wings are also pretty good too!

I ordered bun bo hue to go yesterday. I’m so disappointed that they used the thin vermicelli noodle served for pho.

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend this establishment if you have a craving for Vietnamese food. I ordered the four colour Bun and if you're a Bun lover like myself, the sugarcane shrimp they have in this dish is a game changer. The delightful balance of sweet and savoury in that first bite is just the tip of the iceberg. The grilled meats were flavourful and has set a new bar for me for Vietnamese food. Their menu is vast and I am confident there is something for everyone there. I was honestly pleasantly surprised to see items I have never had the chance to try on their menu. We will definitely be going back and it'll be hard for me to deviate from my buns but I am determined to try something new in my future visits.

I have been a huge fan of this restaurant for the past 10 years. Been inside and ordered take out multiple times. Today I'm not sure if I would ever go back. In my order today I ordered a small wonton soup for $18.. figured for that price it has to be a decent size (again I have ordered here before)To my shock and utter disappointment it was not a decent size, but rather a small cup with literally three wontons. The size of soup I have got before with a combo vermicelli. I can't help but feel extremely ripped off. Part of me is even thinking this had to have been a mistake.Regardless, I feel taken advantage of.

This is my new favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Edmonton. The meats in the Bun are grilled to perfection! Easily the best I have had in town. The pho is also delicious. Not as salty as some places which very nice. The amount of food is an extremely good deal especially given the top notch quality. The also have Chao Tom which is shrimp wrapped around sugar cane. That is not as common at most restaurants and is one of my favourite Vietnamese dishes. Plus you can get it in your bun. Amazing and can't recommend this restaurant enough.

My friend recommended it so I decided to give it a go. This place is BUSY at lunch time; we went a bit before noon and it's already packed. We waited a bit for the waiter but food did arrive fast and the portion is big. I never had the Pork and Shrimp Tapioca Dumpling before so I tried them; they are similar to steamed Dim Sum dishes in a way. Noodles are similar to other pho restaurants.

This is my comfort restaurant. I have been eating here with my family for over ten years. The vermicelli bowls are the best in the city, bar none. The secret is the grilled meats, they are so flavourful and delicious.The restaurant is clean, fast and the service is good. It’s getting so popular now there’s often a long wait, slightly annoying but I’m glad this place is getting the recognition it deserves.

Love the crispy fried squid and chicken wings for the appetizers. Their pho and bun Bo hue is good. If you love spicy and sour, then I recommend the 34A!
