The whole team is great! I dealt with 3 or 4 different people at the shop and each of them was always wonderfully friendly, professional, and helpful. The tailor/seamstress did a perfect job mending my items. I’ll be back for more!

Truly excellent service and customer service! I had three somewhat difficult pieces I dropped off about a week ago. Nick carefully inquired about each piece and explained what could feasibly be done for all. Nick followed up with explanations and updates and went above and beyond! The service was incredibly reasonable and my pieces all turned out beautifully. There was also a lot of transparency with pricing and this was all communicated beforehand. I am so pleased! I also spoke to Caleb and he was helpful and friendly. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!

Came in to get a small tear in my black peacoat. The tailor really talked down their own ability, but it came out great! Very pleased with the fix. It'd be a shame to have to toss a good coat.The cute girl at the front desk was super polite and professional. Whether on the phone or in person, every person that I interacted with gave me exceptional service even though I wasn't spending very much. Nowhere in the city can you find this sort of well-meaning and courteous service at such an affordable price.Thanks!

A quick shout-out of thanks to Nick at Billings Bridge. When my coat being cleaned was not back at the promised time, he himself delivered it to my home after his shift finished.

Discovered this place a few months back and have been in a few times now. Friendly service. Clothes well cared for. Nick remembered me between visits. Dao (sp?) has done great alteration work for me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and very reasonable pricing!The owner, Charles, is very hands on in his business and the few times I've called he was the one to answer my questions and provide me with quotes. I have also had great service (and fun conversation) from his son at the Riverside location.I recently dropped off 9 different pieces for drycleaning, all of which turned out fantastic and perfectly pressed. They even attempted to clean an old felt marker stain from one of my items a second time around at no charge. When I accidentally left a piece behind on my pick up, the waisted no time in making sure it was put back in the system for when I had time to come back and pick it up.It is always appreciated when a business takes pride in doing the best they can and paying attention to all the small details. This has provided me with an amazing and personable service.

This place is amazing. I brought my daughter's business suits and formal dresses plus my simple dresses.. They are so professional, pleasant, affordable and they do a great job. I used to go to Brown's but there's no comparison. So happy with their service and highly recommend them!!!!
