Bergeron mechanical was the 3rd company I had out to try and fix my boiler. I was amazed on how fast Gerry fixed the actual problem!! I wish I would have called them first it would of saved me hundreds of dollars wasted on others.

We just had a new furnace installed. It was done quickly and efficiently and there was absolutely no sign that they were even here! Gerry and his team have been super courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Will definitely be recommending their services!Thanks so much guys

Called to have my AC unit moved from beside the house so we can begin our addition. Gerry was fast to get back to us ( only a day and a half notice) very professional in every way. Neat clean install, would never know anyone was here. We have decided to go with them to have our NTI boiler, gas furnace, and run piping for our gas stoves and dryers. Can't say enough about how great they were to deal with.

I needed an electric furnace put in while my husband was deployed overseas. I had no idea what I needed and Gerry and his team were beyond helpful and didn't make me feel stupid. They were able to walk me through my options in a way I understood, and had it installed quicker than I could've hoped. 10/10 recommend, everyone that you deal with at Bergeron is super helpful, hardworking and professional. I called on a Saturday and someone answered. Who does that? I asked about servicing an electric furnace and I was given the cost of emergency service at $210 per hour. I take the offer. An hour later I get a call and I’m walked thru rudimentary checks on the furnace. Looks like a relay issue and there’s no point in having emergency service. Someone will be at my cottage Tuesday to diagnose the issue. Could’ve charged me but didn’t. My HVAC service provider in the valley is Bergeron.

This was the third company I made request for a quote to, but the only company that was able to come out in the next few weeks during a heat wave. I got an email and a call within minutes of sending my request, Gerry came out less than two hours later and fixed the issue. Knowledgeable and polite. They are also cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. I will be using Bergeron as my go to in the future, and highly recommend.

I emailed for an estimate and Gerry was the one who came over within a few days to give me the quote and the time frame for the installation. The whole process was very professional and quick. Purchased my new AC and got it relocated from my backyard to the front of the house. The crew did an amazing job, had a little snag but corrected the problem fast and to my liking. They sold me a Keepright unit that has 10 years warranty on all the parts. The ducts cleaning was really affordable. They took pictures of the before and after on every vent and showed me the progress as they moved along. I did recommend them to our friends who needed HVAC work on their home.

Extremely courteous and professional crew. They came on short notice, delivered and installed exactly what I needed, and left me with a HVAC system that I understand and have confidence in. They didn't try to upsell me, the quote was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Nothing but good to say about this company.
