Absolutely horrible! I don't get the opportunity to enjoy eating at a restaurant very often but this is the worst. I actually walked out of the restaurant before we even got our food! Granted it was just dinner time when we arrived but after waiting 45 minutes and the food never arriving and the server no where to be found, we did for a first time walk out. Everyone seated around us that arrived after us, got their food. We never saw the server after she brought non alcoholic drinks and took our order. No one even acknowledged us, told us our food was coming or explained. Just kept walking by us and ignoring. This after 45 minutes, 1 empty soda and still no food or server to be found, we left. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Just awful. Avoid at all costs--we certainly won't go back.

Walked in, we are a family of 3 with a toddler. The waiter sat us, but gave my toddler an adult menu and walked away. He sat two other tables within 5-7 minutes of us. He proceeded to take one of their drink orders before ours (mind you, it was a table of 5 young giggling women). He finally came to take our drink order. We asked him for a kids menu at this time and gave him our drink orders. He went to ask the other table he sat after us what they wanted to drink. He proceeded to get the 5 womens drinks and take their food order AND the other table got their drinks and gave their food order. We still didn't have our drinks. He had a total of 6 tables full in his section, and after 24 minutes of no drinks, no service and no food order placed, we walked out. Glad he figured the TODDLER wasn't a priority but the five young woman were.

Service was good! Food was outstanding! Value was great!Enjoyed a burger with cheese and bacon with a side of fries along with an order of ribs and wings with a side of sweet potato fries. Lots of TV’s to enjoy the game or games! Next time I will have to try the steak!!!Make sure to check out this location when in Hanover!

The food was good, My steak was how I requested and tender awesome. Onion rings were crispy with lots of flavor. I treated my parents for lunch, dad had the steak and lobster plate. He said it was good. My mom had the chuck's loaded burger and onion rings. She loved it, but couldn't finish. Big burger. The overall atmosphere i thought was neglected and very simple. No real effort put forth. Lol.. we ordered 3 draft beers and all 3 glasses were different and not frosted.. no big deal.. the food was good..

This is the spot to go in Hannover. This place has a lively atmosphere of a sports bar while also maintaining a nice place for dinner. The service is definitely slow for a restaurant that is not that busy. But the food was good and has many options to choose from. The only thing to be mindful of is a mandatory 3% tip they tag on to the end of your bill.

First time hereWe didn’t have to wait long to be seated even though the restaurant was packed. Staff seemed to be quick at getting tables ready.Great prices and enjoyed the atmosphere.I ordered chicken club sandwich on sourdough bread. It was pretty good. The only thing I would change would be the amount of butter they put on the bread. It was a little soggy.My partner order the surf and turf which was good for the price.Our server was also very attentive and friendly.The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the amount of flies at our table. They landed in our food and in our drinks.

Chucks is a regular spot for my husband and I. We both LOVE the goat cheese dip. The steaks are delicious and affordable. Took a client here for lunch and tried their ceasar salad for the first time. Also delicious!

Me and my two friends came to Chucks roadhouse on a Friday night trying to have a good time celebrating both of them recently turning 19 and being legal. We showed up around 9:30 and it’s currently 11:30. We have had three drinks over the course of two hours and aren’t close to being over the exceeded limit at all. The waitress took it upon her own judgement to tell us (when we tried to order our third and fourth drink at the same time because she would not come back to our table for periods of time) that we have already had a couple drinks and we weren’t allowed to have that many after looking me up and down clearly judging the size of my body. Half an hour had passed since she was last at our table and I had tried to order a pitcher for myself since she would no longer pay attention to our table but would go to all of her other tables while walking passed us several times. She then told me I could not have a pitcher and asked if we had a safe ride home which we responded with yes since we have a driver coming to pick us up later. She still told me I could not have a pitcher to myself and would only give us one pitcher for our whole table. Which wasn’t even two drinks for each person. I have worked in several restaurants and have never experienced a server treating customers this way. We are disgusted by the service here and it has ruined our two birthday celebrations. Just a description of her, she has long brown hair; older women; always has her hair in a pony tail. I have been here several times and have never had a good experience with her as my server.

All of the food was cooked as requested. Steak was medium rare, burgers done well, and chicken was well done. My son found a piece of plastic wrap in his burger, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. They never charged us for the burger or the plastic. The setting was nice, like a steak house... wood on the walls, old farm signs hung on the walls, wooden top tables. The service was good as well.
