The worst butter chicken I have ever had. Too much tomato sauce and sugar. And even the chicken pieces didn't taste like chicken (so blant) When I visited the restaurant and ordered a butter chicken to- go, as the restaurant was almost empty, I took a seat. Now there came the staff asking me to move out and stand in the other side where they give take-outs. It's acceptable if there's a rush and there're customers waiting to be seated. Or else there should be enough space and/or chairs for customers to wait. But this was really offending and I'm not coming back here. Butter chicken-0, Hospitality-0

The best Indian food in London, my favourite restaurant so far. Great ambience, and good customer service; staff is friendly. In their Menu there are lots of option for veg and Non veg. I usually order Panner Bharta, which was amazing, taste is consistence. Many choices of breads and appetizers. There is longer wait to get food. Last night I went out to dinner, we were a party of 12 and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and most of us really enjoyed our meals. I had the Lamb Pasanda and it was beautiful and tasty. There was no problem at all with the food. The service was a little bit uneven (I picked the right end of the table, as our end got served first). This might be something to work on, trying to ensure that everyone gets their meal at roughly the same time, but it was not a big deal as we were there to socialize as much as eat.What I did find, it was fairly obvious that many at our table didn't really understand what they were ordering. I helped the people in proximity to me but one of our party ordered something was way too hot for our tastes. Even saying to a person as they're ordering, You know that is very spicy." when it seems pretty obvious that they are not used to ordering or

March 22nd @6pm: Delicious food, perfect combination of spices. Customer service was good, they were super nice and humble but just a bit slow which I think with things coming back to life again will probably help them bring in more staff. Great job to both the servers who managed dine in with busy delivery orders and phone calls plus patiently answering the customer’s questions about the menu which I overheard and they handled it amazingly! Amazing ambience and beautiful decor.

One of the best veg thalis I have ever had, including in India. Everything tasted freshly made with a lot of flavor. I asked for keeping the food mild as I cannot handle hot peppers and they did it, which is generally rare. The food was so tasty without any additional oil and spices. Quantity was also a lot. The Malai Kofta was so soft and flavorful. Naan was also very soft and hearty. Service was excellent and the server was very polite and helpful. The ambiance is very nice with beautiful decoration and soft bollywood songs. I cannot wait to go there again. Highly recommended.
