I am so grateful to the wonderful, caring, respectful and warm staff at the Crowfoot McInnis & Holloway Funeral Home. The level of cultural respect and the professional guidance (especially with the forms and legal stuff) was greatly appreciated and reduced the level of stress, worry, concern and grief immensely. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, especially Aaron, Shannon, Aisha (sp?) and I am sincerely grateful for their warmth and kindness during such a sad time for our family. A death in the family is usually nothing that you want to write reviews about. That being said, I have nothing but good things to say about McInnis and Holloway. I am so thankful for all the kindness, compassion, and helpfulness they gave us in a time when I couldn’t even think straight. Their service was impeccable, and they always answered my endless questions and concerns graciously and professionally. The staff at the Crowfoot Chapel of McInnis & Holloway were wonderful to deal with. They are compassionate, responsive, and helped us organize and conduct a beautiful service. I felt they were sensitive to the financial constraints we communicated and offered options to help manage the costs. The food service they provided was of very high quality at a reasonable price. In addition to all of the assistance they provided regarding the service, they also offer very practical assistance with the painful (but important) bureaucratic tasks that need to be taken care of. I highly recommend their services.

The service we received at McInnis and Holloway was exceptional. From the very first visit, at an extremely difficult time, they were professional, compassionate, and more helpful than I can possibly explain. With hundreds of concerns on our minds, the staff at M&H patiently and slowly walked us through the entire process and addressed all or our concerns.Beyond the service itself, they also helped with all coordination of government affairs which was a tremendous weight off our shoulders.I would not hesitate to recommend M&H to anyone who asks and have repeatedly told friends and family what a tremendous help they were to my family and I.

After we lost our dad, McInnis and Holloway took what was the worst time of our lives and helped us through some of the difficult pieces with kindness and grace. I'm very thankful to them and their team for helping us wade through some of the hard stuff.

Thank you to Stephanie Ho who helped me arrange the final details of my father's Calgary Cooperative Memorial prepaid service.We were warmly received by welcoming staff. Loved Melissa, the administrator who helped me out so much.We had an amazing celebration with the help of Pastor Marlette Reed. So lucky to have such a kind and thoughtful homily written for us.Everything was arranged beautifully from the obituary, flowers, arranging the family photos, playing our chosen music during the service and serving a very pleasant luncheon at the reception. We are truly grateful for your care at our time of grief.

I am truly blessed to have had the staff at the Crowfoot Chapel help me with my father’s funeral. Ashley, Sondra, Audrey and all of the staff are amazing. Thank you all so much.
